Location was ideal. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

I had to call to get information about the room key, but good information was provided rather quickly.

Location is exceptional, so is the view. Apartment well equiped.

Spend 40 minutes standing with luggage in front of the main door. Door was closed, no one mention the instructions how to get keys beforehand, no one answered my phone call for 40 minutes. Person on the other line could not speak english at all. When I finaly managed to get in, room was a mess. Toilet was dirty, dirty towels and sheets were on the floor and on the bed. Floor was dirty. I spend another hour waiting for cleaner to come to clean and another hour waiting him to clean the apartment.

Well equipped, good location, good individual ski storage.

Wasn't cleaned before arrival and took 2 days before cleaning person turned up.No service on site.

It was very close to the skiing slopes and xc skiing tracks.

Quite limited amount of kitchen utensils.

Good location and functional floor plan for a family or two couples. Amazing lady working at the front desk who helped save the mess created by the owner (see below). Without the issues caused by the owner's lack of focus the place should have deserved 8 or 9 out of 10.

Room 1410 is rented directly by the owner who clearly tries to save in the wrong place. We were given no instructions prior to arrival, the code from booking.com did not work to retrieve the key (once we found out where they should have been), the room was not cleaned, no fresh lines, towels... to be seen. The non related employee of the reception of the housing complex (used by most other flats) did an amazing job for 1,5 hours to save us. The owner mumbled something when called by staff and failed to apologise for which, I hope for him, was a mistake. Muuten hyvä...
