Really good location, once you found it. Rooms nice and clean, no unnecessary stuff that gather dust. If not able to go up and down stairs, then not for you. Breakfast really good and allergies where taken into consideration. Staff very friendly.

the host Lara is a nice mix of assistance without feeling invasive. always available instantly to answer questions on whatapp at any time . She gave us great recommendations and made our reservations for us at perfect restauraunts , including at their family restauraunt downstairs which was amazing . the breakfast was sumptuous to say the least and cappuccino and pastry were delicious. she left us pastry to snack on at night too! The building is a 15 century shell beautifully restored and renovated with a perfect sense of modern design up against antique preservation. the bathroom , bed, linens, sofa and roominess were all lovely . theres also plenty of room to spread out. the windows look out on a quiet classical venetian canal . i am not a bed and breakfast person but i would definitely return here because the balance of assistance and quality of the space and location was perfect . thank you Lara for making our first visit to venice perfect ! we will see you again!

Beautiful property in brilliant location ! staff were warm and welcoming with great communication. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice and snacks and coffees also available throughout the day. a really lovely place to stay would highly recommend.

Host, Lara, was very kind and accommodating. She helped us a lot and recommended us things to do around Venice. The room we stayed in was very nice. She kindly gave us a map and highlighted the main spots to visit.

The breakfast variety was limited however that's about it.

Everything from check-in, to breakfast, to the room and amenities (absolutely amazing jacuzzi tub), to location, to rooftop deck was amazing. Lara was so helpful especially with instructions for arrival and departure.

The location is great for walking about as it is quite central. The host was excellent and helpful and even help with our bulky luggage when we were worried if it was too much too heavy for us to handle as it is a walk-up. Excellent for couples.

Nothing really. Its a boutique B&B so don't expect a hotel type of environment. The host was always ready on chat if you need anything so we were quite comfortable that we were well taken care of and also had privacy.

The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options and delicious coffee, served on the patio overlooking the nearby rooftops. Lara, the owner was so helpful and arranged a water taxi from the airport and met the taxi at a nearby dock to show us the way to the B&B. She was extremely helpful with all our questions and it was a pleasure staying here. There are only 3 rooms at this B&B and we totally recommend it.

Lovely breakfast, with very attentive and personal service. The host was so very welcoming and kindly gave us a lot of tips to make our visit of the city stress free! Felt very special and comfortable. The building is gorgeous and historic with original features. The bed was so comfy - we had some of the best sleep. Really pleased we stayed in this great b&b. Place, service, owners and all about the hotel is amazing

The location of the hotel is just perfect, in Dorsoduro area, 15min walk from the bus station and train station and another 10-15min walk from San Marco area. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and the area is more quiet and not as full as tourists as San Marco. We also loved the restaurants downstairs that belong to the same family. We can only recommend Casin Dei Nobili for their amazing hospitality during our stay.

Room was lovely. Comfy bed, good shower. Triple pane windows made for quiet nights. Laura was always helpful. Breakfasts on terrace perfect way to start each day. Only criticism is lack of a full length mirror. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, well maintained, great location, very good breakfast and, above all, amazing staff.

I am happy to give this impressive B&B a full rating as we could not have been treated better or been more comfortable. It is ideally situated in our favourite district of Venice, on the top floor over a restaurant we know well from previous visits to Venice. It has been renovated to modern standards while retaining its classic Venice atmosphere. All three double rooms have a thermal bath and a huge bed, with windows overlooking a canal. We were well looked after by Lara who always provided us with plentiful help-yourself snacks with a machine for fresh coffee. Any information we needed she knew or checked for us. Our stay was a delightful experience and we shall certainly return. We have always recommended the restaurant to friends, and now both the restaurant below and the B&B above (with completely separate entrances) make a perfect Venice destination.

Two flights of stairs may be difficult for some but worth the effort.

What a great place. We were looked after beautifully by Lara from our arrival, throughout our two nights here. We loved the jazucci bath, and the room was lovely. The view down to the canal from the bedroom was perfect, and having breakfast out on the terrace was so relaxing, we did not want it to finish each morning. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs on our last night, which was also great. We had such a great stay....
