Quiet calm place not too far from Pisa. Communication with the host was very good even though we never met in person. Instructions to reach the place was clearly given by the host. Parking just outside of the property. Clean tidy room.

Nicely decorated. We were able to use a fridge, which was not indicated in original facilities.

Some issues with humidity but can be caused by the weather.

It's really hidden in the woods but if you need a few days to be in peace this is the place for you. On arrival there were dogs, but they didn't bark after we got in the room so no worries about that. To get there is a bit tricky but after a day it was fine. The room is on the smaller side but clean, had AC and strong WIFI (No cellular in the area).

Host is very positive, open mind man. The room is modern and stylish, very cozy. Everything is clean. We were very happy to stay, especially our little baby, because two dogs live there :) Definitely recommend!

The room is separate from the house with an independent entrance, it is decorated very nicely, very tasteful and pleasant. Everything works just fine, the bed very comfortable, the shower very nice. Great hosts, who invited me to join them for their evening meal as I was too tired to go back to town for food, it was late, cold and rainy. I felt as if I were visiting old friends, the sharing really enhanced my stay and I will definitely go back when in the area. A very green and lush hillside loction in a valley only about a half hour from the airport. Nice ending to my stay in Italy.

The approach to the accommodation and outside does not reflect how nice the accommodation itself is, and it would not be wise to arrive late or in the dark. Make sure you have understood the directions.
