not clean. extremely basic. electric heater in one bedroom didn’t work.

location was great, full board facilities

for the price nothing was perfect and value for money

THE JACUZZI DIDNT WORK WHEN WE ARRIVED! they said there is a problem, but Booking refund me around 15% for that. This is not a premium hotel, dont expect too much. its really really worth the money thou. Food was very good (for the price!), but not perfect obviously.. it was super cheap

no elevator, small and smelly room. none of them spoke english.

The animateur Bastian and the activities he prepares are the best, the staff is very nice

No fresh towels or toilet paper, no cleaning in the room for a week, jacuzzi not working food scarce and few options

Food was of a decent quality and very convenient (3 meals a day on a fair timetable), location is not too far from slopes, but does involve a 5-10 min walk carrying skis. Hotel has basic storage lockers for Ski gear (just enough to fit 1 pair of boots and skis, no heater)

The rooms aren’t cleaned during your stay. Beds are tiny, our shower bracket was broken, we couldn’t get the radiator to turn on to dry wet gear. You can hear other rooms at night as walls are paper thin (The guests next door complained to us that we were keeping them awake, because we were having a conversation in our room at 10pm)

The food was good and was a nice selection for each day and each meal. The room was okay for our needs.

The option to come back to the hotel for lunch wasn’t always practical and the pack lunches they offered were Tupperware you fill with salad. Would of been useful to have a dust pan and brush to clean up a little during our stay.

The staff is very welcoming and trying to help The location is pretty good - about 8 min. from the closest ski lift. The food is pretty good. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel included sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi.

The staff doesn't speak English - almost at all - it was hard to communicate. The hotel is a collection of several buildings and the facilities are distributed among them. For example, ski room was in another building and the sauna in one another. Also, my building didn't have an elevator (and it's about 6 floors).
