We had a little problem with our original rental and we had to change locations. The management was on top of it and even upgraded our stay. This location and building did not disappoint. The rental had all the amenities and more. It was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend to others.

My rating is more for the property management company rather than the property itself. This property ended up not being available due to some needed repairs, but the company moved our booking to another property - an upgrade at the same cost. Which was a wonderful surprise! The property was gorgeous and immaculately clean. We had an amazing trip. Communication was great.

The location is excellent! Within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, stores, and Jackson Square. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was by mid morning when people started showering the water pressure would decrease substantially. Other then that we had no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

About a week before we were set to arrive at "The Playhouse", we received a call letting us know that the property was unavailable due to plumbing issues. However, My Southern Comfort had a replacement unit available (the "Atchafalaya") that was nearby and actually had more space for us. They allowed us to use the larger unit (which I imagine typically costs more) and gave us a late checkout for no extra charge. While I cannot speak to the condition of the Playhouse, the property we were in appeared to be well-maintained and clean, and the rental company was easy to work with.

I visited NOLA with my adult children and their partners for Thanksgiving. My directions for checking in were clear and the process was great! The condo looked exactly like the photos and was stylish and comfortable. There is a primary suite at the front of the condo and another suite at the other end with two queen beds. All three couches in the living area were also sleepers. The location on Decatur was very convenient. We had great food around the corner at Mr. Ed’s Oyster Bar. If I had anything negative to say it’s that the condo is above House of Blues. Music, DJ, heavy bass until 2:30 am. We were up having fun so it didn’t bother us - but it was loud. I would book with this company again!

The location and spaciousness of this property are exceptional! Huge kitchen, three bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping space. Easy walking to so many attractions and public transportation options. Would have appreciated a bit more cookware and dishes, but others probably aren’t as keen to cook for themselves when staying in the French Quarter, so I totally get it. Comfortable, modern furnishings and interior made this a dream stay. Highly recommended.

Really nice place. Better than expected.

The stay was great. In an awesome location. Only issue was the plumbing. The water didn’t drain from the dishwasher from the prior visitors and there was a bad odor. A plumber had to come out and it put a bit of a damper on our first day bc we had to be in the unit. Once it was addressed it was smooth sailing. We met the owner one night and she was lovely. Would stay there again.

We were visiting for the French Quarter music festival and the location was absolutely perfect. We walked everywhere all weekend. Unit is clean, nicely provisioned and decorated. New bathroom off one of the bedrooms. Living room nice and roomy. One negative was the electronic keypad to enter the unit. We followed the excellent directions but it always took at least 4 tries with no apparent reason for it not working first time. Management company sent an excellent informative email before we arrived and followed up with a phone call. Great service!

Stayed at The Playhouse over Mardi Gras and it was awesome! Clean, comfortable, stocked with booze... we’ll be back. Convenient to Harrah’s and all the great restaurants! Great property

Condo was super clean and comfortable, well stocked also. The location was perfect to explore the quarter or the CBD. Lots of places to eat or get a drink on the same block. Had a couple of questions after arrival and my questions were answered immediately. Very impressed!!

Great location! Walkable to French quarter and Superdome. Host was very responsive to texts. Even though the street noise could be heard in the living room the bedrooms were quiet. We were there for the sugar bowl and were surprised that the TVs did not have espn to watch other bowl games. We never could get the front shower to switch from bath to shower. The refrigerator was stocked with waters and all sorts of alcohol which was nice. The apartment was very clean. Overall a great stay!

Very close to the quarter but far enough to get rest and enjoy quiet time. Would highly recommend this place!
