the location is perfect for those who don't want to be inside the city, Jerusalem. less traffic, still just 20 min away from the city.

WiFi was weak

The location is beautiful and quiet. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean. The staff is very friendly and kind.

I did not get breakfast because they said I booked too late to receive it.

The comfort, the tranquility, the landscapes of the place, all very well.

You need all the kitchen utensils.

It was clean and the bathroom was renovated. The bed was good, the sheets new and clean. there is one sofa that opens in the living room, and I don't think there is a room for additional place to sleep. We were 4 people: parents and 2 girls, so they slept in one bed. the property is very basic but was ok for our needs. Has microwave and electric kettle.

No plates/cups or cutlery, just a few paper cups. So if you intend to eat there, you have to bring your own, which is a bit strange considering there is a small kitchenette. Old furniture in the bedroom, old TVs with poor choice of channels. the wi fi is not stable.

All the rooms have a fantastic view, In a quiet location, with an excellent restaurant on site. Public transport to the city centre

Beautiful setting,

No breakfast,received conflicting information about ordering. In the end ,received nothing and was berated by woman at front desk. That was the dissappointing part.

Not clean! Cigarette buds outside the house in the garden, no cutlery or dishes in the kitchen, only two chairs on the terrace for a 4 person family.

Facility was in good size, and was clean. AC was good. Outside area is nice to walk around.

Sofa bed wasn't comfortable. Room acoustic was bad, lots of noise from the outside. Bath boiler didn't support 3 showers in a row, had to wait about 30 minutes in between; such facility should have central system to supply virtually endless hot water. Kitchenette was poorly equipped: not even plates, forks, or glasses (only disposable cups and a kettle). Bath supplies (shampoo & conditioner) didn't satisfy the number of people in my family, and although we called and asked to get more of those, we didn't. Breakfast was ok (salad, some cheese, and eggs), but no variety between different days. Poor wifi reception.
