Koselig leilighet, da vi fikk den vi hadde bestilt selv om det tok ett døgn. Hyggelig resepsjonister & personal.
Små bad, oversvømmelse etter hver dusj.
Lekkasje fra aircondition i stue og soverom., så vanskelig å la de stå å gå.

If I need to name something then it’s the noise. But it’s very common for this type of accommodation.

Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of foods. The location was great - right next to supermarkets and restaurants, and so close to beach. Room was cleaned immaculately every day and reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Great aircon and good size room.
The downstairs facilities for showering/toilets near the pool could have upkept a little better.

The build and layout of the Elotis suites is really lovely, it is absolutely spotless and everyone is so friendly. Our apartment was cleaned every day including Sunday. The location is really good, beside supermarkets and lots of restaurants with the beach across the road. All the staff, big shout out to Helena in particular, could not do more for you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach and near plenty of restaurants. The grounds are beautiful. The pool isn't huge but never too busy, and is well shaded in the late afternoon.
Breakfast was fairly limited in its choices, but standard for a 3 star hotel.

The appartment was nice, well decorated, clean, nice shower, nice pool, a friendly receptionist, tasty breakfast with a lot of fresh choice. Cannot comment more since this was just a one night stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The pool was the perfect size, especially with two children.
The breakfast staff was very kind, approachable and always checking to see if we were happy with everything. The location was perfect as we had the best of both worlds- beach across the road and pool at the hotel.
The management and reception staff, although very professional in the conduct and communication, overall kept a very low profile and not as engaging with the clients.

The location is perfect. Just a minute to the beach.
The territory of the hotel is not big, but calm and clean. The swimming pool is a good bonus for us.
The breakfast could be improved. There is no vegan options or for lactose intolerance people.

This was our second time at Elotis Suite and we had a great week. The rooms are clean and modern and it is quiet given how close it is to everything in Agia Marina. The pool is smallish but always quiet and the hotel is close to many beach bars.

Friendly staff, close to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants in this resort but also just a short bus journey to Chania. Gorgeous room which was the highlight

Excellent facilities & location. Very clean.
Staff, although friendly, not as overly friendly as the rest of our time on Crete. Didn't get to try the pool as every time we went past all the sunbeds were full & we're not early risers on holiday! These are both nit picking as it was a great place to stay! :)
