The breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Seaview was nice. Waves of the sea were great. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Great coktails.
Was not on the latest standard (TV, furniture). One day we were not allowed to go into the sea because of big waves. Also the beach is not only sand but also rocky and its a bit challanging to go in the water. Massages in the evening are better booked at least a week before.

Breakfast could have been more curated; we had a room with stairs (with the bad upstairs) and we couldn’t manage the air from there; common areas might need a little refresh.

Lovely property which is a nice size and doesn’t get too overcrowded. The reception staff can’t de enough for you and any issues we had were resolved very quickly. The food and drinks are good in comparison to outside establishments. Pool is lovely and not too busy.
The sea view rooms are also pool view rooms so although it is sea view it isn’t directly over the coast.

Staff exceptional very polite and always ready to answer any questions about the town local transportation and things to see and do. Premises are very clean in fact sparkling ✨. A superb variety of healthy and delicious choices at breakfast every morning.
There was never an issue that would raise doubts in our mind about our choice to stay at this resort. We would definitely return!!!

The beach was rather terrible. Very rocky while walking 5-10 minutes will take you to a much nicer sandy beach.

What stands out at this hotel is the staff and the food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and making you feel comfortable at the place. Breakfast was good and we tried the pool bar and snack bar which were also pretty good. The hotel is not new, so you can feel its age here and there. Some rust etc, but nothing that breaks the deal.
Location is also good :)
I think they can really use a real proper coffee machine to replace the existing powder based machine. That would boost the experience.

Nice smallish resort on good stretch of beach west of Chania. the place is older but well kept. the staff is great - very friendly and helpful. the beach is nice but not the class white sand/turquoise water that you find in some places. outside the hotel there are many good (and many bad) places to eat.
The only real drawback is the awful road it’s on - a massive tourism lined avenue with endless small hotels, restaurants and purveyors of over priced baubles.
