Die Benutzung der Tiefgarage war eine chte Challange. Ansonsten war die Angestellten sehr nett, kimpetent und hilfsbereit.

The area is not the nicest part of the city but you are compensated by the convenience of the station.

The shower barrier/glass was too short and made it difficult to shower without water spraying out.

Room was a good size and fairly modern Free coffee from the machine in the lobby Wifi worked ok. Good location close to restaurants, shops and transport Staff were nice and helpful Munich was clean.

The toilets didn't flush properly which is an unusual fault in a good quality hotel. The neighbourhood around the hotel had a large number of poorer folk and some beggars which made us nervous especially walking around at night. There was a fair bit of noise out on the street late into the night that seemed to be from a local Islamic community/businesses. TV was only in German so would have been a nice addition to at least have access to some news or other programs in English. Don't think there was any satellite TV available.

Super Frühstück, lässt keine Wünsche offen, besonders die vegetarische und vegane Auswahl ist top. Wasser und Kaffee tagsüber kostenlos. Die Lage ist super, alles ist schnell entweder zu Fuß oder per öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Tiefgarage vorhanden.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Amazing service and always happy to help and give recommendations. Location was amazing for the Oktoberfest experience.

The staff was excellent, The breakfast was excellent, the 24/7 coffee, tea and mint water was great! We would stay here again. It is a great location if attending Oktoberfest.

Not the hotel’s fault, but it was very noisy outside with people, car honking, etc. You may need earplugs to sleep.

The room was compact with a small table, chair and couch. Having a fridge was good too. You could get extra towels or toiletries from 2 self serve stations in the hotel .The coffee and tea availability in the lobby was a great idea which we utilised often over our 3 night stay.

Bathroom so small, had to sit on the toilet on an angle and difficult to reach the paper.

Small fine cozy Hotel, everything was pretty new and all employees were super friendly. Coffee & tea is for free, it's close to Munich main Station and also to the City Center. I felt very comfortable and will sleep there again next time I am in Munich.

The location is 5 min on foot away from Munich main station. The place is lively & safe, a restaurant is opposed to the Hotel but it is not a fancy place like one can expect from Munich, more like a typical area nearby a main station.

Good location in terms of walking distance to Marienplatz & Hauptbahnhof (recommend this location if you are arriving or departing from Hauptbahnhof) - just note that the area felt a little sketchy at night time so avoid walking around alone at night. Supermarket just around the corner. Free tea and coffee facilities 24/7 which was great. The room itself was small but all we needed. Air con worked (we were there during a particularly hot streak).

Neighborhood is rather busy

The free coffee, tea in lobby available all day. Make your own juice during breakfast with variety of produce like beet, celery, carrots, ginger and apple etc to choose from. The new windows may be why it wasn't as noisy as what previous reviews mentioned. Our room was on the 5th floor and facing the street too.

Great location close to railway Station and Airport express bus and short walk to the old town. Free coffee in the lobby was welcome. There is a reception so you don't have to check in on line if arriving during office hours.

Noisy in the early mornings with the road sweepers working. Need ear plugs.

they have a very tight garage ( so rent a smaller car haha) but the hotel team offered me the parking in the their other garage only 3 min walking distance, which was super nice

We had a great stay!! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was a short 15 minute walk to the center of Munich, plus has lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate blocks surrounding it. The lobby has a free 24 hour coffee/tea station which was awesome! Great service from the reception staff as well; friendly and sweet every time we meet them.

Breakfast is €17, white expensive. Looked nice but not worth that price.

Fantastic shower. Lovely staff. Stylish quality decor. Fridge in room. I’m sure balcony would add to the experience in dry weather.

Cosy really did mean small! Environs were a little seedy - being near to the station of course.
