Quiet location but easy travel connections. Supermarkets nearby.

A well appointed apartment, large size, good air conditioning, terrific staff especially room staff Franzi who has such a happy face and was very helpful.

We had to arrive after 5:00pm.

It is a nice small hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable with a small balcony. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, also the breakfast is good. Its location is rather on the outskirts of the city but it is very close to the Universität der Bundeswehr Munich and the Infineon headquarters, so for business travel the location is excellent.

Public transport connections in the area could be better - but this is not a fault of the hotel, just something to keep in mind.

The apartment looks much better in reality than in the pictures. It is spacious, clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The localisation is very calm. The host is veeeery helpful- even in emergency situation you can count on his help - Thank you again! If I have the opportunity I will choose this place again.

Friendly, calm place

We took the 2room “apartment” unit for 12nights and extended in a double-bed room for a couple of nights. For 3 of us (2adults and a 11yr old) the apartment unit was comfortable. The little kitchenette with 2heating hobs, microwave, fridge and sink was quite adequate for us prepare simple meals as we didn’t want to eat out due to COVID concerns. The property owner Frank Blattl was outstanding; from moving our (very) heavy boxes to arranging for groceries.

The apartment unit is at the top floor which means the ceiling slopes down near the walls and we kept banging our heads on the ceiling for the first couple of days till we got used to it and automatically ducked; just something to be aware of.

Almost everything. For this price, I have never seen better..

Staff is very nice. Quiet room. Nice breakfast.

No enough restaurants around the hotel. Shower too small.
