Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast! Excellent singers in the German restaurant.

This is an amazing place that, for some reason, flies under the radar. The room is palatial, the grounds are amazing and the breakfast just world-class. Some staff are fantastic. Keith deserves a particular mention. Thanks!

If the process of check-in could be slightly smoother, that would be good, but I’m not sure whether that is up to the hotel. One staff member seemed mainly interested in his cell phone, giving a less than professional impression, but the majority of the staff were wonderful.

Ordering card for breakfast in room was not picked up after 23::00

The hotel area was huge, it has a nice garden by the lake and you can walk around it. The hotel is also very clean and staff were very friendly.

The hotel room was a bit old and didn't seem to be very well maintained - apart from the bathroom. Lights were dim and something was wrong with the air-conditioning because even though we've set it to 17, the room was still a bit too warm. It was constantly at 24-25.

Lovely facility and location, hotel is located in the city but surrounded by lakes and forests, very peaceful, great place for visiting with babies/toddler, there is a nice grass area to play, outdoor playground, indoor playground.

Hotel in the city but surrounded by a golf one one side and a lake on the other side, so it is a great place to escape from the noise of the city, without travelling too far and you can enjoy the view on the Jinji lake skyline. We had also great time in the large indoor swimming pool and the picnic bbq organized by the hotel in the garden during our stay was a also a very good surprise.

Probably because of the COVID 19, only one restaurant was opened, and the choice of the menu is not so great. The room are a bit old fashion, so you will not find the usb port for charging phone or speaker if you want to listen music

Nothing to be satisfied.

All around hotel was very odorous with smoking even though it was smoking free room. Ventilation system and A/C was the worst ever. A/C system in the room was not working. Staffs in the hotel cannot speak English; it is hard to have a smooth conversation.
