Old hotel with newly refurbished rooms located in the centre of Kuah Town. The rooms are exactly as seen in the picture. Very helpful staff especially concierge that will help with your shopping bags every time u come back from shopping etc. There are a lot of food options nearby. Nice view if you take a room with a seaview.

The path to go to the swimming pool is very inconvenient. You have to take the stairs down and climb the stairs again to reach there.

From the moment we walked in the door , we were treated with warm friend smiles , everything was smooth and everyone so helpful . It was a wonderful place to stay with our family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice family hotel .

The breakfast could have had more western options , some bacon would have been amazing ! . Also lunch service not once but twice was so slow we waited 45 mins for meals each time .

I loved the size of the room, the facilities like the pool, gym and spa. I enjoyed the pool, massage services and the gym. The location is very convenient too and the staff is helpful. I love the large size of the family suite. :)
