Staff. Very client orientated.
Outside terrace with heating for lunch and dinner.
Cannot get used to winter heating programm in Romania. Too hot. But that's a culturale thing.

Super comfortabel beds, great breakfast, friendly staff. Room was clean and all necessaries were provided.
Located close to centre with restaurants, while we could easily park our car.
Fewer furniture would give the rooms a more spacious.
It was not possible to regulate the heating, so the temperatures in the hotel (but especially the room) became way to hot for us. Even having the window opened during day and night was not enough, eventhough it was only around 10 degrees during the day. Such a waste of energy and really made the stay a bit uncomfortable for us.

Excellent and quiet location! The hotel is very clean and offering an excellent breakfast. The hotel staff is very kind and supporting any client requests!

Rooms are clean and the parking in front of the hotel is very convenient.Hotel staff is very helpful and all of them are speaking very good English.
The bad smell in the restaurant which I used only once for lunch and I regret it so AVOID it.In the unlucky event that workers are accommodated in the hotel (like in my case) then forget having a decent breakfast as the buffet is supplied only a few times and only the first ones can have a variety of products.

Old hotel, bad smell. Very poor breakfast. We came at 09:30 and the plates were empty. We should ask for additional food to be brought.
