Great location - staff very helpful

great location. bed is comfortable; adequate desk. shower is good. so all one needs !

they need to sort the street door lock, and the front door to the hostal. both are a nuisance.

It was close to everything, only 2 blocks from Gran Via. the room has everything we needed for our time in Madrid and Irina (manager) was friendly and helpful - she made it worthwhile. We would certainly stay there again next time we’re in Madrid!

I was actually sick after doing the Camino. The hostel is across the street from a pharmacy and within 1 minute walking to a grocery store. I don't think I could have planned it better. They gave me the number to a doctor who made a house call to the hostel. The staff was so kind to make sure that I was feeling better the two nights that I stayed there. They even checked on me to make sure that I didn't fall in the shower after I asked them to knock on my door after 10 minutes. I'm very pleased with my say there. The staff is very kind and the facilities were great to spend two days in bed lol. When I did get to walk around the neighborhood, it's really cool. I wish I had felt better to explore it more.

We really liked our stay at Hostal Adis! The room was clean, quiet and had everything you need (the fridge was a plus). The hostal is well positioned you are in the heart of Madrid closer to the main attractions. The people working there are super friendly, supportive and give you a good vibe. They also kept our luggages after the check out hour which was super nice. We will definitely come back here if we will visit again Madrid!

It was exceptionally clean in my room. The staff were very helpful and attentive. My room faced another building and it was very quiet. The wifi connection was strong and stable. Also, it was very warm in my room and the bed was comfy. You can walk to so many places of interest from the hotel, like the Center of Arts of Queen Sofia. This is exactly what I needed. Also, you can get to the hotel from the airport getting off the metro at Tribunal.

A minor issue maybe but when I arrived, there was an extremely strong smell of some air freshener or a cleaning substance in my room which may be important to someone allergic to such substances.

it’s hard to be critical of a place that tries really hard to please guests but, it’s a very noisy hotel. the walls are so thing you will hear every footstep, spoken word and alarm

Adis Hostal has a super location. Very close to Gran Vía. Just 5 minutes away. Close to everything. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and with coffee making facilities. Good value for money.

I especially liked that tgere was avaliable iron, i desperateley needed it :). Stuff was so helpful i really appreciate it.

The staff was great. Room was simple but clean and nice location. It had a mini fridge and an electric kettle for tea and coffee.

Not too great signage downstairs about how to get to the Hostal, which is located on the 1st floor. My room didn't have any windows so it felt a bit claustrophobic.
