Bathrooms are really outdated, but at least they were clean. Food is not really European friendly, everything tasted the same

The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Hakeem on reception went out of his way to ensure that our stay was perfect! Ahmed, Hamada and Shahada at the restaurant were incredible staff members! The facilities and services at this resort were exceptional, but again their friendly staff is what made all the difference for us. We will come back again very soon.

The rooms could be cleaner in all honesty. There were stains on the toilet and the floors were dusty.

Everything was top quality, very nice bedrooms, gardens were well kept, heated swimming pool, food was very good, and the people did everything in their power to make you happy. Hakem in Reception was extremely kind and helpful, Nesta did a truly amazing massage, Mohammed at housekeeping was always the first and last happy face of the day… everyone really.

Entertainment could be bit better - but just being very picky.

room lacked a shower (bathtub instead) which would have been more comfortable. staff was male only and at times a bit inappropriate with my female girlfriend (could have been simply an attempt to be friendly, but still a bit annoying to her)

the hotel is beautiful, the staff is very nice, polite and serviable. the pools are great and there are a lots of activities to do : pool, mini golf, horse riding, tennis, windsurfing, spa, table tennis..etc

The territory of the hotel is awesome. It is huge and full of flowers and palms. They gave us the room with picturesque view, the beach and the water are perfect. Staff is extremely friendly, we didn't like the mattress and they changed it immediately. Very quiet and calm place to stay. We played tennis with trainer and liked it! Rent a boat and got perfect experience.

Hotel is old and they had problems with electricity and wi-fi, it is located in the desert, so there is nothing you can go, and there was not much to do after dinner, because of no animation (no people = no show). Not soundproof rooms.

The best interior I’ve ever seen. The resort looks even better in real life. The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed. I’ve stayed for 12 night and I wish I’ve booked more nights. The food was amazing and I had so much fun and quality time during my stay. Views are incredible and you won’t find any other resort on such a high standard.

Absolutely beautiful resort with the friendliest staff! The beach is only a short walk and the "quiet area" was much appreciated by us honeymooners. The staff go above and beyond for you, always smiling and always willing to help. A special thank you to Ahmed A Elazim & Islam Hosny at the front desk and to Feliz at the buffet for making our stay extra special.

The wifi connection in the guest rooms is not good. There was a shortage of hot water during peak times (before dinner.)

Best beach in the area, with lots of space for everyone. Other hotels around have more crowded beaches. Best kitesurf station next door. Good food in the main restaurant, 4 good a la carte restaurants. No crowds. It's quiet, not many kids or loud music, we had great time with the family. May be too quiet for those looking for social life.

It's Egyptian 5 stars, or course: some things look kind of luxurious but some details are really weird. For example, the bath is old and doesn't look very attractive, there is no toilet brush. We asked for an iron and they brought a 20-year old iron and same-age iron board. Art on the walls is often funny (to my taste).

Exquisite resort, it’s a part of the Caribbeans in Egypt. Special location, magnificent resort with professional friendly stuff.

It is a good hotel (though a bit old in some places) with fairly good food. Worth mentioning is the Aqua Center at the hotel beach where they offer excursions to beautiful snorkeling spots in the Soma bay and swimming with dolphins in the Hurghada area. The owner also speaks german very well. It is important to him that all participants are happy with the excursion and he goes into overdrive for that. We booked a snorkeling trip to the Seven pillars with them, an impressingly beautiful snorkeling site. On the way there we could already watch the corals through the glass floor of the boat and after snorkeling we were served delicious food on the boat. An awesome experience!

Everything about this hotel is excellent: location, interior, service, food, beach and especially staff! The rooms have breathtaking views, on the sea, beach, garden, palms. The great treasure of the hotel is the beach - especially good for kids! Food offering in the buffet is great, everything is so tasty and super clean. Room service - also very fast and clean, we had only one complaint during 10-days stay, the fridge in the room was broken, and it was repaired in leas than one hour.

I personally didnt enjoy so much the food at the Snack bar and at the Greek restaurant - although it was ok but not so tasty, as the rest of the food in the hotel.
