Property is neat and clean..location is also good..and the food is wonderful
The reception staff looked shaggy .no smile on their face .i had a chance to inter react with two shifts of staff .both shifts looked shaggy

The ambiance and location is superb
We were upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi without extra charge and without our request. That was a nice gesture, Breakfast was sumptuous

Our group stayed at the Umrao for our 50th high school graduation anniversary reunion. The entire experience was wonderful. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. All the buffet meals, breakfast lunch and dinner were tasty and fresh with many different options. The dining area and later for the evening the banquet hall provided were clean and well appointed. The staff was attentive and the DJ arranged through the hotel was exceptional. We liked the location near the airport since it made it easy for those traveling from out of town

the attitude of the staff, the noise the extractor fan made in the bathroom all night, the fact they aggressively/ falsely accused me of leaving without paying a £20 bill for the restaurant at a time I could prove I wasn’t in the hotel. When they realised their mistake, they didn’t contact me to apologise. Truly awful customer experience.
