All the stairs, I found the bed to be hard and my room wasn't serviced every day. Heater in room wasn't working.

Very nice personal, excellent breakfast, good beer. Nice little kitchen in the 2. floor.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. Super comfortable large bed. Tasty and fresh breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful and waited me for late check in, as the DB had some unfortunate delays.

The breakfast was good, the room had an extra fan to get some cooling. The shower was exceptionally good. Free parking around the corner.

The hotel had a separate entrance. When you arrive from the free parking you don’t notice this, so you make a mistake and go inside through the restaurant, which is a little bit uncomfortable :-)

The breakfast menu is basic and is value for money.

Reception is open for a limited time so if you have to leave early morning you have to take care of everything in advance. Maybe this is due to the off-season and Covid.

Beds and location

I had an extremely unpleasant problem with the staff. I made the reservation for the hotel whose checkout should be until 14:00 as stated on booking.com. On the day of checkout the receptionist went to my room and without even saying a good morning asked what time I would leave the room because I was late. I tried to tell her that the app said 14:00 but she interrupted me and said that the app was 09:00. I then showed her the app, she said it was wrong but I would have to leave anyway. An extremely rude and unprofessional treatment. I left the hotel five minutes later, much earlier than planned.

Room was clean, staff was nice and helpful. The on site restaurant served good and affordable meals.

Very uncomfortable location of the reception You have to go up and down dome stairs from the rooms to the reception. With big luggage is not very nice. Breakfast had a very limited selection, they were out of eggs and yogurt around 9, while it should be available till 10. The shower was leaking and there was always a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower. Didn't really feel it was a 3 star hotel.
