Goede locatie, in Matsumoto. Alles is op loopafstand. Parkeren is ook ideaal in de automatische parkeertoren. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Wij zouden hier weer verblijven.

Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, Matsumotojo castle, museum of art. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was at the center of the city so it's much easier to come to different destinations. There are lots of shops & restaurants along the streets. They had their own car parking area and not the usual parking, we amazed with that. The staffs can speak Japanese & English, they were nice & friendly too. Our room was clean & cozy, and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was surprisingly spacious. Great location close to the train. We had to catch a 5.30am bus and checkout was very seamless and quick through the automated system.

The hotel location and good clean room. Also breakfast option at a reasonable price. Facilities like coin operated washing and drying machines are available. Train station is with in walking distance and lots of restaurants/sight seeing places in the surrounding area.

This hotel was AMAZING!! Staff was extremely friendly, the room was very clean, comfy, and well-lit. Honestly, you can't beat this hotel for the price!! Would 100% recommend and stay again :)
The single, only thing I would say is that the bathroom smelled a little bit, but I think it was from the pipes and not the cleanliness.
