食事が抜群に美味しい。 旧軽井沢の中心のロケーションも良い。

部屋の景観が残念

夕朝食どちらも美味しくいただきました。お部屋も広く、テラスからの景色にも癒されのんびり滞在できました。4歳娘も、大満足のステイでした。

到着時に、送迎車をお願いしていてその時に、旧軽井沢をチェックイン前に散策したいと伝えると、お店がオフシーズンでほとんど空いていないと言われアウトレットで時間を潰してから向かいましたが、実際行くと行きたかったカフェやお土産屋さんは調べていた通り空いていたので少し時間を無駄にしてしまったのが少し残念でした。

Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Temperature control is excellent and food and service of the highest order. There is shuttle service to ski center and railway station which is very efficient as well.

It’s not as convenient as the Prince hotels which are just next to the ski areas. But it’s near enough (about 5-10 minutes drive away). Sometimes when it gets busy we have to wait for the shuttle, but hotel staff do try their best to make it efficient. Not many taxis around so unfortunately couldn’t go too far off from the rail station and Prince hotel areas.

The location was great, everything was within walking distance. Hotel staff were kind and eager to help.

Off the main street, many good restaurants like Suju and the ramen shop next door, comfortable quiet rooms. Staff very friendly and having the shuttle to station was useful. Managed to sort out my taxi plans in the town and good suggestions.

Not have an all day lobby service for food. Breakfast could have more variety.

Location is superb. The shuttle was really helpful. The service is impeccable. Breakfast was amazing.

Small bottles amenities. Big bottles with pumps will be better.

book a twin room with tatami for 4pax. second night have to make our own tatami. small onsen and a Japanese family of 3 occupy the makeup place for ages. notices should be put to highlight consideration for other hotel users. this is not a place for coffee conversation. breakfast also very rigid only one main which perfectly fine but if your main is French toast you can’t order more eggs like sunny side up or poached. it’s extra cost. not worth paying the price of stayi
