No parking no facilities Given 410 room with no ac working Staff came when we are dressing for a wedding and wasted our time. Kept asking deposit and payment but given 410 room with noisy fire protection room and so noisy told to change room as the wall was almost shaking of the loud son and came back late night and given below floor room and bigger one with working ac. Knowing Dr but given bad room and can't wait for us to settle ourselves in room and focus on money. We took 2 rooms and my son waited 45 minutes to make payment and we ended up to get ready and the staff is walking from my room to their room to asking deposit when payment made rushing as we're late. They don't on the ac or give tv remote even after making payment without deposit as my son didn't bring down the cash. Such a bad service for front liner by giving a room with no ac and stuffing even after all payment made. Not recommended this hotel

VERY VERY DIRTY AND STAFFS WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.NO PERSON INCHARGE WHO CAN ASSIST US.VERY POOR SERVICE.BROKEN IRON BOARD.TOILETS WERE NOT CLEANED,TOWELS,BEDSHEET AND PILLOW CASES LOOKS LIKE NOT WASHED FOR MONTHS.SO DISCUSTING.WHEN WE ASKED THE FRONT DESK STAFF THEY ALSO NOT HELPFUL AND TELLING THAT THERE WERE NO CLEANERS AVAILABLE. THE PHOTOS THEY PUT IN AT BOOKING .COM NOT AT ALL SAME WITH REAL. I REALLY SUGGEST THAT BOOKING.COM SHOULD TERMINATE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR LIST.WE HAVE NEVER STAYED IN SUCH HOTEL BEFORE. I WOULD CERTAINLY WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES NOT TO BOOK THIS LOUSY HOTEL.
