Villa is spacious, Ambience is nice, surrounded by greenery, Villa is located on the Hill, Good view outside villa, Privacy is respected in the villa, Facilities inside the villa is also nice, you get private garden and bone fire is also a good option in those cold nights.
Processing time of order in reception, it is taking longer time to process the order given on intercom, sometimes they miss some items, we need to remind them almost 4-5 times to send basic items. Apart from that our experience was great.

Paid fine for using electric stove(pathetic)

Only the location rest everything is ok but not the expected level

The rooms were clean and the staff served what ever asked to the rooms.
1. There is no heater in the room in hilly areas we expect a heater atleast.
2. The bedroom we got has windows on all the sides and its a pathway for others which is a great no no.

Proximity to town and nice view from villa
No hot water in bath(faulty gas geyser was not fixed even after repeated requests).
Veg food smelled funny.
Not good for vegetarians.
Bedsheets were torn.
No drinking water given.

I liked the location of the property. I lived in a one bedroom apartment. So there is a small living area first which had two sofas and two chairs and TV and after that there is the bedroom. The division of space helps as you don't get bore just staying in the bedroom. This is for those who wants to stay away from the hustle bustle of the city because the market area is around 2-3 km away and is not a walkable distance as it is uphill. They have their own restaurant so food is taken care of or you can order online. The staff was good, hospitable, adjusting and ready to help.
