La ubicación es excelente. Está en el casco viejo, cerca de varios puntos de interés. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Resultaba agradable tener un balcón en la habitación con una mesa para poder desayunar ahí. Fuera de la habitación hay una cocina común con un microondas, nevera, algo de menaje y una cafetera. Justo al lado hay un supermercado por lo que es posible desayunar y hacer comida/cena básica en este espacio (aunque estando en Bilbao lo interesante es salir a comer, pero se tiene esa opción).
Faltaban armarios. La habitación era para 4 personas, y el espacio para colgar y guardar ropa era realmente escaso. Pero lo que era realmente desagradable era el ruido del baño. Detrás del inodoro hay un chisme que cada vez que usas CUALQUIER APARATO del cuarto de baño (aunque solo sea abrir el lavabo para lavarte la cara), hace un ruido como de descarga muy fuerte. Imposible usarlo por la noche sin despertar a todo el edificio. Las habitaciones no estaban bien insonorizadas y se oía mucho cuando venían otros huéspedes durante la noche, aunque creo que esto es más problema de educación de estos últimos que de las habitaciones en sí.

Very centric, but quiet street. Easy to check in. It was nice that there was a common space with tables since we reserved 6 rooms.
It would have been nice to have coffee in the room and/or common area.

Far exceeded expectation for location: in historic quarter of Bilbao, the entrance lobby has to be seen to be believed! Automated check-in worked no problem. Upstairs, plenty of spacious shared facilities area, and a good sized room for two (with beds for four), with its own balcony over the pedestrian street. All fittings new and really clean, beds comfortable, plumbing works well. Location right in the middle of all the amenities - restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc, with a mini-market right next door. Quiet at night, and superior bakeries nearby for excellent breakfast.
Hard to find fault, particularly at the price. Parking was a bit of a walk.
Not Casual Blue's fault, but in the morning the police had closed the main road by the river and Bilbao's traffic had seized up.

Location was great if you are mainly interested in the old town of Bilbao. There is no breakfast included. Rooms were alright, I liked the decoration inside and sleep was alright.
There was no reception or staff at all. Access to the rooms was through a unique passcode at the doors. That's alright. At least if you needed anything you could message, email or Whatsapp the staff and response was great. So overall no dislikes.

I got a room without a window. Although it was not mentioned when I booked it, so I was very unhappy. The room was dark without fresh air and I didn't feel comfortable at all as I'm claustrophobic. There was no rooms available, so I had to stay there.

It is an accommodation located in the old part of the city. You can only access it with a previous access code sent via whasapp. There is nothing and no one like a physical reception in the establishment. A bird's-eye view of the single-person rooms, a TV, bathroom toilet and little else.
I had to buy new batteries for the TV remote to work. I have no further comment for this section.

You need a safety handle in the shower because it’s so high off the ground. It would be really nice to be able to make coffee.

Reception is in a different building down the street. Not really a problem but room is in an old office building. Quirky. Room itself was clean but very basic.

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and helpful staff. The hotel is also right in the middle of the historical centre in Casco Viejo.
There was a smell of smoke in our room which seemed to be stuck in the walls.

The room was spacious, the lightning was great depending if you wanted more or less light in the room. Beds were very, very comfortable!
We even had a table and chair from which we could use our laptop.
It was very quiet all throughout, which was surprising. We stayed during the carnival when the streets were full and loud, but our room didn't register any of that.
The shower was very spacious, and the common room had utensils and a fridge for us to store our food.
Lack of heating. It was rather cold and the radiator didn't work at all. Also, the showers would run out of hot water quickly.
We had some very noisy neighbours and someone even stole our food from the fridge!

Our four-bed family room was spacious and clean. The colorful paint, original ceiling moldings, and balcony with chairs were a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was pretty basic but okay. Location was superb --directly in the middle of the Old City. Building was charming. Staff were superb.
The only issue was noise from the street -- our balcony door didn't shut properly so I had to push a chair up against it to keep the balcony doors closed. Nonetheless we heard the noise from the Old City street because there's no soundproofing due to the age of the building. We were there over Halloween and heard raucous street noise until 4am -- I suspect it's similar on the weekends. For deep sleepers it's probably not a problem.

Great location, room very clean and tidy. Good shower. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Looked after our luggage from check out until late afternoon.
Really noisy all night. No aircon (fine it’s October) but too warm to shut windows so we left it open and had so much noise all night from people out late (until 4am) on Saturday night. Plus room was directly opposite the recycling bins which had bottles being chucked in until v. Late then they were emptied early the following morning. None of this is casual blues fault but neither of us slept well.

The staff was amazing. They gave us relevant informations about Bilbao and its surroundings. We had the possibility to choose between two different rooms, and we went for the one with the king size bed. The room was clean and large enough. We loved the position very close to the city center.
The bathroom should be renewed a bit.

Bathroom is a good size. Bed is comfortable.
The door is a sliding one onto an open area where the area is a public domain. There is no sound proofing and so noise disturbance is a problem. The room doesn't lend itself to a good night's sleep!
