Very hearty breakfast . Approach road is a bit narrow but the hotel compensates for it.The night view of Kalimpong town from the hotel is beautiful.

The hotel is very good. Only thing is that food is too expensive and not testy. And location is bit remote.

Excellent staff, specially Mr. Rahul Pradhan, F&B Captain. He went out of his way to make us feel homely and welcome. We also want to thank you for helping with the room changes, which obviously was not expected in any normal hotels. Also great hospitality from front desk staff (sorry, I could not remember the names), but 2 ladies and one gentleman, who were always helpful. I had some paperworks to be printed and they went out of their way to help me and my wife do that favor. Thank you from the heart.

If there is one thing to pick, it is Location, Location, Location. But perhaps this also depends on which room you are assigned because all rooms may not have the same view of the town and mountains as the rooms we stayed. We loved the room and the comfort it provided as well as cleanliness and complimentary coffee/tea.

The staff were polite and helpful

We had the complimentary breakfast and it sucked. Got a hair in my omlette, my mom's toast was mouldy and I found a a shell of some sort of insect in my coffee, the kettle was not working, they didn't have an iron so gave me the staff one that burnt my towel, thank god I tried it before burning my actual clothes. When we complained to the the GM Mohammad something. Mr super busy asked his employee where we are from. So it's evident he treats his customers based on where they come from. They did not charge me for my dinner but that was not what I was looking for. If the GM had time to talk to his staff he definitely could have had time to talk to me and apologize. I suggest he go thru a soft skills training.
