Big, clean room with antimosquitos net.

The host was very helpful and everyone did their best to make our stay enjoyable. They also serve very good breakfast in the morning.

The mattress was a bit hard, but that is normal in Vietnam so it's OK

A very friendly and welcoming family. The room was big, clean and had good working airconditioning and a small fridge. Good shower with warm water.

The location is a bit remote; 5 km from the train station and 3 km from the town's center. Prices for renting a motor are high (250.000 dong for an automatic and 150.000 for an old manual with some defects). To be fair, I rented the manual for 2 days and only paid 125.000 per day.

I had a lovely greeting by the family's daughter who speaks English and a bit of German. The room was nice with a mosquito net and the price value is good.

The fridge in the room is a nice addition but since the electricity is connected to the key being plugged in it's not very useful.

Our hosts were excellent!!!!! and the facilities are very good. Spotlessly clean. Everything was perfect. We had really nice meals at very reasonable prices. We rented a motorbike too. (Sorry about mirror). It was a little hard to get bus north. Our host took us to side of road waved down bus and negotiated price for us. We are so grateful for the hospitality we received. I highly recommend this guesthouse. One last thing Our hosts son and daughter spoke very good english. Such a lovely family who were so willing to help us.

Basic and simple can’t complain for price, was an easy spot to be collected to start DMZ tour with tams tour. thé café down road to the right when you come out have the best pho I’ve eaten, think maybe ell but meaty texture.

Room was clean and comfortable. The family there is very nice. It is a bit far from the station but in the same street you can find some restaurants and coffees. A few minutes away is the fidel castro Square where there are even more places.

the family who owns the questhouse are amazingly nice, we had family diner and a good conversation. really pleasant as a solo traveler.

There was a fridge in the room with no function and wasn’t plugged in, so a small weird smell but it didn’t bother me to much.

extremely welcoming im family who will accommodate your plans for your stay. Their son speaks good English and the Mother makes great breakfast. The dad will also hook you up with a motorbike to explore the local area. The house is lovely with a grand wooden staircase.

Friendly family running the business, the room is big and has fan and fridge. Very good value for money. It's out of town but means it's quiet and very close to the highway which we loved. The WiFi is very fast.

Didn't sleep well here - the bedding was weird and felt like the blanket hasn't been washed, would've been nice if a top sheet had been provided instead.

Lovely place. Family that run it are so so nice and welcoming, make lovely breakfasts and dinners which they can serve to your room if you like! Room very comfy with bug net. Would definitely recommend

the staff were very friendly, the bed linen was nice and clean. This guesthouse is exceptional value for money! they went out of their way to accommodate our needs, cooking us a an off menu dish for breakfast to set us up for a big day cycling! good secure spot to leave your bikes.

The room isn't clean; no sheets on the bed. Small towels. The breakfast is not a breakfast but is expensive. The bed is hard like stone. The.owner overcharge everything. Avoid this place!!!

It was a good spot for a stopover before heading to Lao bao border. If you're vegetarian there's not much option in the town however you can still find banh my baguette The shower was hot.

As like some places the bed was very hard but aside from that clean overall.

I loved the hospitality and at this cost, it was really good room. They had mosquito nets too and they provided electric kettle and food upon the request. Despite language barrier, couple called taxi for me. It’s good stop if you are in Dong -Ha at decent price

Price is affordable. Friendly host. Good place to stop for the night.

No bathroom rug or hand towels. Tv looks a bit old (I didn't use it). Also don't see many food stores in walking distance.

What a superb Homestay.. The room was SO tasteful....shower hot, bed comfortable..even a side room to hang up wet clothes, never seen before. Lovely owners .I will stay again if I'm back in Dong Ha Thank you .hope to meet you again.

The family were so kind with us. They prepared for us an amazing vegetarian dinner with fesh vegetables just collected that night. Also a great breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed had mosquito net. We paid a little extra for the aircon and slept very well. It's a great place for staying in a nice guesthouse and at an amazing price. Don't miss this place.
