問合せの電話時や、フロントの方の接客がとても良かった。 施設も立派でキレイなホテルでした。

ブュッフェスタイルの朝食が、楽しみにしていただけに残念でした。 早い時間は団体様が入ってるから遅めがオススメとチェックイン時に教えていただいたので、8時前に会場へ。 最初に出したまま追加してないのか？ベーコン、ハムも鮭も固くなってて、生野菜もカピカピで新鮮さがなかったです。 コーヒーの部屋へ持ち帰れるサービスは良かったです。

A big hotel. The staffs was cold and not welcoming. Although they speak good English but not even a greet, very unusual in Japan and just big hotel as well. The room has a very beautiful view to the sea but it gets hot in the afternoon (trade off). There is an issue with cleanliness. Hairs in the bath tub, toilet and even the basin. Not so happy with that, but it's also not really a big problem. The hotel in a small street but very closed to a shopping area.

Size of the toom was surprisingly large. Beds were very comfortable, slept like a baby.

Nothing there that I didn't like

giant room, very comfortable, clean, plenty of parking, fancier place than expected.

Few restaurants in walking distance, the few we tried required advance reservations. Luckily there is a 711 within a block.

The view of the japanese alps was really worth it.

The room temperature during out stay was uncomfortable. The entertainment stuff in the hotel are few.

The room was clean and fully refurbished. Lovely mountain view from the window. The shower was warm with enough water pressure. The staff were helpful.

The air conditioner didn’t work well in one of my friend's room (we could only control the wind strength, not temperature).
