It's my second time here and it was as good as I remembered, good wifi, good location and friendly staff!

Wanted to upgrade my room but they wanted to charge me the full price of the room on top of what I've had already paid

L'hotel si trova a 10min a piedi da Shibuya. Gli spazi sono molto stretti, la camera era veramente piccolissima, ma offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile. Perfetto per qualche notte.

The location is good.

The staff is not insterested at all in anything if you ask them for sth. .. you see that‘s there is now owner there and no management. This hostel is only for making money and so they are doing the absolut minimum in everything. The cleaning is not a real cleaning, it‘s only changing sheets but nothing else, our room was quite dirty with a lot of dust everywhere and also on the whole floor they never (!) cleaned anything in the 10 days we were there. The kitchen, fridge, microwave nothing of it was ever cleaned out. Even the shower it didn‘t feel that they were even cleaning it properly the products of the people were always there and also the toilet was only cleaned the minimum. Then the washing mashine & dryer the same they are only here so they can say they have one and make money but it‘s never cleaned and now coins available! then the saddest is the entrence where you could do an inviting hangout area which it is clearly not and the kitchen on each floor neither so you have really tiny rooms and no place to chill..! The private room seem more spacious on the pictures! In reality you don‘t have any space for your luggage! There is a bunk bed and 1m2 for the luggage and for yourself you cannt enter in 2 at the same time if there is luggage there.

ALLES!!!! Eine super Lage, coole Leute, einfach eine gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. Eines der besten Hostels, die ich je besucht habe :)

This is my second time staying here. The location is awesome. It’s an easy walk into the hustle and bustle, with amazing restaurants, shops and the famous Shibuya Crossing. Internet worked really well. Great facilities at your bunk, including USB charger, light and locker for valuables. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was pretty tight. We struggled to get our suitcases in. My friend slept with hers in her bed. But if you’re not fussy or short trip, wouldn’t be too much of an issue.

The private room was excellent! The Wise owl would have gotten 100% if not for the shared dorms odor and blood on the floor near bunks 13 & 14. Overall I’ll stay again but only in a private room.

Shared Dormitory cleanliness level was a sharp contrast to their private rooms.
