The food was great . The menu changed each day and it was exciting to look forward to what could be on the menu. The pool was fantastic and there was adequate snacks and drinks by the pool. The staff were really helpful and cheerful, very professional. There were shows In the evenings which were a good laugh and another thing to look forward to. There is a park which was not too crowded. There were nearby shops with reasonable prices There was a tennis court and football pitch (additional charge )among many other things to do which was great . We had a problem with our return flight and the staff on duty was particularly helpful with amending our booking. This hotel is one of several in the resort and is built on a hill. What a view ! I would recommend this resort.

No airport shuttle . This resort is a good distance from the airport and you would need to budget a good amount for taxi which needs to be booked in advance. There is a bus service but this is not regular and could be up to 50 minutes . Cockroaches! Due to the location of the resort, I saw a couple of cockroaches and our friends in other rooms had a similar experience . The water in the park was way too salty but I’m told this was water straight from the nearby beach so would be salty . The Air condition in our room wasn’t working . They had a look at it but it wasn’t sorted but luckily it wasn’t too hot and a dip in the pool kept us cool most of the time .

The Variety of Philip I stayed in this hotel previously and also aces and also a sister hotel cross the road on multiple occasions and this year the fiel it was very poor nothing to do with h*** you do with how their field was cooked as it was nice and very That times we did eat there but after 3 days death field was constantly the same suddenly that's same and we decided to eat out but Pizza was never cooked right underneath. it was super white n floury.. Chips pizza , fish n pork chicken 2 days out of 9 we were there what was left of legs chicken was put into rice next day nky way got chicken at lunch. Ans 1 evening Chicken Skewers always pork which I don't eat. Always hotdogs and ham n cheese samobs at the pool bar for lunch I don't eat ham I left like a burden kept having ask the waiter can she go ask for only cheese these were made in bulk in advance so I always had to wait didn't mind but I dis feel annoying to her. Annual over all good hotel, but the food isn't good for me anyway after paying 1400 all inclusive (i dont drink ) so for 1 adult 1 child and having to eat out after 3 days was disappointing.

Great hotel for families as it is a resort hotel. Has pretty much everything you need in the resort, though except the three conjoined hotels, there is nothing else around it and you have to get a taxi to the town. But we had a lovely stay, and the rooms are HUGE!

Not much around the hotel (no fault of the hotels so this does not bring the ratings down!) - My only recommendations to the hotel is to make use of the indoor entertainment space in the hotel, put on a show/host a quiz night/even background music if people didn't want to go down to the main stage, or if it rained (like it did one night and entertainment was cancelled) then put something on where you do have the space indoors. Also, the food at lunch and dinner needs more flavour. Not much taste but hey ho, it's pretty normal in most large hotels.

the interlinking bedroom, the holes in the curtains, the broken table on the balcony, the temperamental shower, towels too small, overpriced, the waiter with grey hair and glasses was extremely rude, the receptionist told me I would need a husband or extra child to be able to move rooms to the first floor

Spacious room and balcony facing the sunny side with the sea view and daily access to aqua park. SPA with sauna and Turkish bath was 25 euro for 2 for 2 hours.

Only 1 working elevator was always busy, so we were kept fit getting to our 6th floor. Food was not clearly marked for vegans.

Food wasn’t great. Not much variation. Quality quite poor. Alcoholic drinks were really cheep and harsh to drink.

all cooked food at the buffet was uneatable. never saw so many children and bolognese not be touched. you can come far with fruit, veg and occasionally a piece of fish or chicken that is decent. All cakes have different colours but same taste.

Everything was good, the beach beside the hotel was in a very bad shape, but nothing i really care about.

All of the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the buffet has various choices. It closes to the beach and has a good view.

The facility is too old, especially the water park. The food is not delicious. Moreover, the front desk is always busy and there are long queues.
