The king sized bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size with shelving for toiletries. Very big TV . Easy to use safe. Fabulous roof top bar with 360 views.

The wait for the lift was slow at times but I expect that would be the case in most hotels. Floor space in bedroom was a bit squashed.

This was our 2nd time here. We love this place! The rooftop restaurant experience was amazing! Taking reservations is a great improvement. We were spoiled by the staff. We will be back!

The room was a bit small for three people.

This was our second time staying with Aliz hotel. We definitely love the location and the hotel itself. It is clean. It has a very nice rooftop bar. They also provide you with chips for free drinks at the lobby bar. The hotel does not have any additional charges (bag fees, vacation fees). They do have a deposit system, which is not a big deal though.

The rooms are very tiny, but it New York, so.. It would have been nice if the personnel were a little friendlier. Also, the first time when we stayed we had bath robes and slippers. This time they didn’t have those items in the room. We asked over the phone, but they never brought them to us. We asked only once, bc we stayed only for a weekend. Nothing very serious, just minor things.

Great location

Unfortunately the reception don’t follow up the requests. Had to ask everyday for the bottle water, coffee machine in the room was not working, and even reporting nothing was done. The hotel counts with a roof top bar but unfortunately was never opened for guests, only private events, overcrowding the reception are and the elevators, which were taking long time to arrive.

The staff, location, room, view and service were all phenomenal. This was such a great hotel to stay in and is reasonably priced. We were placed on the 36th floor and there was such a great view.

The room was super small but luckily we were only there to sleep and weren't in the room during the day. The beds were comfortable and with extra pillows we got 4 great nights of sleep.

The elevator getting up to the rooms was a LONGGGG wait. So many people coming in during the evening hours to get to the bar on the roof top made getting up to our room a long wait.

Location so perfect and central for visiting New York City! Greeted with 2 free drinks and a $25 chip to spend at the hotel bar which was a nice surprise on checking in 👏🏼🇺🇸

The property was beautiful and clean which we really appreciated.

The rooftop bar manager and upstairs host staff were rude and very unfriendly to me and the group I was with. We spent a lot of money on drinks and were treated very poorly.

Não gostei da segurança. A noite teve um homem que estava fora de si e bateu em todas as portas do meu andar. Era duas horas da madrugada. Não sabia se era alguém drogado, ou bêbado ou irado. Estava extremamente descontrolado. Sugestão: colocar câmeras nos andares e avaliar.

The hotel is located just two blocks away from Times Square. There’re bagel’s deli and Chinese restaurant nearby. Three minutes to the subway station on foot. The burger restaurant of the hotel itself provides delicious foods and drinks as well.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Stuffs are quite friendly. If I have to say, the only problem might be the noise outside on the streets. There’re police sirens every night. But that’s New York!

The staff was great, the checkin was smooth and they offered welcome drink, credit for food, I didn't expect any of that but was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
