The room was a good size and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a very good size. The 6th floor bar was brilliant and the cocktails were expertly made. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The George restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast was good and served on the terrace with a lovely view.

The shower pressure could have been better.

We loved exploring Naples with all its treasures and experiencing its unique atmosphere and culture. The Parker’s Hotel provides a most beautiful view on Naples bay. The stuff is very helpful, always cheerful and available to help with any request. We definitely recommend this Hotel and hope coming back someday again.

Neighbours upstairs made a lot of noise but no fault of the hotel

The location was great with amazing views over the town & Bay of Naples. The assistance give by Marta to add an extra night do we could arrive a day earlier was fantastic. The room was clean and well presented. Food was great and we had breakfast every day and dinner 3 times. Customer service was attentive but not obtrusive. Love the James Bond bar, it was great to sit on the terrace after a busy sightseeing day and relax with a meal and a great cocktail. The assistance given to book tripe’s to Ischia, Reggia Caserta and taxis was fantastic. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone visiting Naples.

Amazing staff

Elegant, stylish accommodation where everything is thought of. The whole hotel is stylish and stunning. The view from the restaurant and bar is spectacular across the water. Breakfast was fabulous.

The service in the bar was a little slow however they were busy on the night. The bar menu was elegantly presented and enjoyable.

The lobby... reception staff.. lightning in the suite... Great comfortable bed and pillows

If you switch all lights inside the bathroom it would be so Hot and too bright.. But this is up to The individuals/ personal taste.
