De ligging is natuurlijk uitstekend tov de Cité - a.h.w. achter de hoek! De vriendelijkheid bij aankomst viel erg op. TOP!

Aucune intimité dans la chambre avec ce mur de verre entre le lit et le WC (merci l intimité de bruit et odeurs)
douche ouverte juste à côté du wc donc vous arrosez le toilette en même temps

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de se qu'ils annoncent sur leur site

El personal muy atento, la cercanía con la citè, que tenga parking gratuito y el desayuno muy completo. Las habitaciones para el tiempo que estás en ellas muy correctas.
Por poner alguna pega, el cierto de baño que podría haber alguna separación entre la ducha y el resto y evitar así mojar todo.

Hotel correcto ubicado en una ubicación MUY TOP, está realmente a escasos metros de la entrada principal de la Cité.
No tiene ascensor.

L'établissement et l'accueil étaient excellents. Proximité de la cité de Carcassonne, chambre spacieuse (un peu moins avec le lit bébé, mais indispensable quand on a un bébé) et propre.
Petit déjeuner très complet avec la vue de la cité.
Personnel aux petits soins de la clientèle.
Pas de repas prévu le soir, néanmoins il y a des commerces dans les rues à proximité de l'établissement.

Appena metti piede nella struttura, ti viene chiesto se intendi approfittare della colazione a pagamento. A risposta affermativa, vieni invitato a saldare subito, in anticipo, tutte le colazioni del tuo soggiorno. Sinceramente, troverei più gradevole attendere la fine del soggiorno o, almeno, permettere alle persone di vedere la stanza e capire meglio la posizione dei servizi circostanti
Le stanze sono davvero microscopiche, utili per una permanenza breve.

Location was very close to the walled city. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was secure parking . We would definitely stay here again.
Our room was tiny and right by the outdoor car park. The sun was streaming into our room so the curtains had to be closed the whole time in order to keep the room cool and this made it very dark so lights had to be put on which was not ideal.
There is no way of getting to and from the car park other than walking around the building.

Staff on reception very nice and helpful, the location was excellent, just a 5 min up hill walk! Breakfast was very nice. Good parking too.
Bed was a bit hard.

The location is ideal for a short walk into the beautiful old castle and the loverly restaurants, the room was clean just right for a short stay, the staff were good with our small dog

Great location...short walk to the medieval Citadel with all it's shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was cosy, the beds were very comfortable It was very clean and we had a nice view. The breakfast was also very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again ourselves.

Very close and walkable to the citadel/old city. Decent restaurant & bar across the street. Parking is big plus.

Personnel were all very nice and breakfast excellent.
Frosted glass wall separating the entire bathroom from the room is horrible!!! No privacy in the bathroom. If you are with someone they can see you using toilet. Room is very small with no night stands. Probably would not repeat.

Headboard reading lights. Designed by a moron ! Inappropriate light levels and terrible position, almost impossible to access or exit bed without bumping one's head !

We managed to get a free parking space which was a bonus
I was on my own in the room but if I'd been sharing I wouldn't have liked the (partly) opaque glass partition between the bedroom and the bathroom

This is the second time that we have stayed at the hotel. This time our stay was challenged by the need to see a dentist to help with my severe tooth pain. The chap on reception was an absolute star in finding a dentist who could see me within the hour. A taxi was called and I was soon receiving the treatment needed to stop the pain. Without this help my stay would have been a disaster. Love this hotel and cannot praise the staff too much.
There was nothing we didn't like - no complaints whatsoever.
