The location was excellent. It was only a 3 minute walk to the medieval walls of Carcassonne. The hotel has it's own private pool and numerous sun loungers to relax on.

The lack of a fridge in the room was a big issue for me. Personal items could be stored in the main fridge of the hotel, but that necessitated handing over the items at the front desk and then getting a member of staff to retrieve them from the kitchen every time they were required. A note pad and pen in the bedrooms would also be a welcome touch.

Small , close to the walled city and to the new town. Perfect for walking . Pool was very good . Breakfast very good and great value Z

Superb location, 50 meters from the airport bus stop, 100 meters from the fortress city. Beautiful swimming pool.

Rooms are small but property is charming

The location in relation to the Cite, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and all of the staff were great. The perfect location on the door step of the Cite and only a 10 min walk to the new city, lots of options for food and drink close by.

The location was incredible. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean and well kept.

Location was good. Water pressure and bath were ok. There is parking for about 12-15 cars or so.

They had cleaned the floors with a very strong product (most likely with peach) which created an allergy reaction to one of the guests, they should use something more neutral. Breakfast was very basic and room crowded despite not being on peak season. Limited facilities outside the room to play board games or something with kids. No view to the Castle despite the opposite was advertised

Second time staying and as always it was just perfect. The staff are charming, very helpful and very polite. The hotel rooms are very pretty yet small which is typical of France.

Sadly, we came across one impolite staff member. The lady on reception late last night was very rude. We returned to the hotel before 10pm last night, the main door was locked. The receptionist didn't get up just pointed in the direction of another door. She needs more customer training.

The key to the room was on a heavy bulky key fob and the breakfast was a bit expensive.

Brilliant location with parking. Friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast. Rooms comfortable, clean, and warm. Fabulous shower!

A bar for the evenings would be a great addition. WiFi worked for my husband but not for me.

room was a good size for a family of four, staff all very friendly, and extremely helpful, left our bag after check out no problem, breakfast was good typically French, a lot closer to the cite than we had read

not really a dislike but we do like a coffee in our room in the morning, there is a machine at reception though

Location is perfect and there is a parking

A fabulous hotel with very friendly staff and in an absolutely perfect location just a stones throw from the castle. Will definitely be back
