Grosse Räume und gut gelegen, da es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist. Die Ausstattung war für 3 Tage Aufenthalt ausreichend. Auf Fragen wurde zeitnah geantwortet. Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig in der Nähe. Wir haben für 3 Tage parken 10 € gezahlt. Allerdings muss man die Parkdauer immer wieder neu starten, hierzu gibt es eine Ap, was praktisch ist.

Der Müll muss durch den Gast entsorgt werden. Die Mülltonnen stehen in der Parallelstrasse . Das sollte in der Reinigung inbegriffen sein.

Lovely apartment in an old building fitted with modern facilities. Nicely decorated and furnished. Large rooms with high ceilings and French doors onto little balcony. Good position near station and short walk to shops and main square. Foot of Medieval city about twenty minutes walk away plus another five or so minutes up the hill. Apartment was plenty warm enough in January with heating on when we arrived. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Nice little shady courtyard (shared) which would be nice in the summer.

Creaky bedroom floor, though quaint, was loud and sounds from other apartments could be clearly heard though it didn’t bother us. Stairwell light failed to come on a few times leaving us in the dark but usually resolved by waving arms about!

Todos los detalles que había, dejaron agua fría,aceites,galletas, café y azúcar. Todo estaba limpio y súper bonito y cómodo.

No había nadie en la recepción y entonces cuando se acabó el café o para hablar con ellos no fue posible.

Ottima la posizione vicino alla stazione; appartamento ristrutturato e spazioso; non abbiamo mai incontrato personalmente il proprietario che però è stato sempre presente nel darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il soggiorno e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste di informazioni

Un po' scomodo il terzo piano senza ascensore ma comprensibile vista l'età della struttura; pavimento in legno bello da vedere ma rumoroso, poco gradevole nelle ore notturne!!! In struttura non c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima delle 17 (orario del check-in) ma il proprietario ci ha consigliato un deposito bagagli di fronte alla stazione

The very creaky floors were a bit disturbing when one of us got up at night! Not quite enough toilet paper provided.

We did not realise it was on third floor - May have been my error if it was listed as so. My partner did struggle using the stairs but it did not detract from our stay

We liked being close to the centre of Carcassonne. Parking was very nearby.The apartment was clean ,spacious with a minimalistic feels Communication with the owner was easy and fast .Arriving and leaving the appartment was straight forward.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating. They communicated all in timely manner and provided clear instructions for check in & out.

We loved everything - the only thing that could’ve made it even more enjoyable was to have an Air con in the apartment. Having the funs provided was good but not enough in the heat especially during the night. Other than that was great!

The location was great. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I especially liked being able to cook for myself.

Having to take out my trash. It was hard to find a bin on the street to leave it.

The apartment is lovely and in an excellent location (20 minute walk to the medieval city). Bastide Saint-Louis is a short walk away with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very quiet at night. Local parking is not so easy if you plan to leave your car for the whole stay, but I would recommend the station car park as it's available 24-hours.

Be aware it was on the 3rd floor (no lifts and I struggled with my luggage). Also no air-conditioning and I was there during a heatwave. Fans are available and made the space more comfortable

Easy to find, spacious apartment with the basics that were needed for our night there. Comfortable bed at rear of apartment so away from street

The excessive road noise at the front of the apartment during the evening, the apartnent was sparsely furnished and decorated & sofa was hard to sit on as it sloped forward.

The location was very near to the railway station which was good for us as we were using public transport. The apartment was very spacious and appeared to have been recently refurbished, although the owners had managed to retain some old features like the fireplaces and had used antique furniture. The kitchen area was in the living room and had most of what you'd need for a short stay. The bedroom was at the back so didn't suffer from any traffic noise.

Probably our only complaint was the sofa which you would find yourself slipping off if you were sitting on it for long! Just to note, while it was handy for La Gare, it was a good walk 25 minutes or so to the old town and castle, but then there's always a trade off!

Always a great stay at Carcassonne Bastide! Thank you to the owners for helping out with our large group and making me feel like I am going home each year that we stay with them. Such a great place to stay and so welcoming!

Maybe some wine glasses rather than plastic! coffee machine(pods). Pillows weren’t great, maybe provide soft and firm?

The apartment was very good

A dining table and chairs would be more comfortable. There wasn't much table room the chairs were too high. We like to set the table fully.

The location was great, free overnight parking around the corner and right in the centre of Carcassonne. The bed was super comfy as well.

The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a baby bed and a big and renovated bathroom. The location is also convenient, next to a public parking and many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!

The building was charming, beautifully designed and decorated. I suppose it only makes sense to enhance the 'French feel and look' but it was so genuine. The apartment was spacious, with a large, bright bedroom, and a bathroom equally big. The kitchenette was new. And the wifi ran perfectly.

Nothing really, although the floorboards did squeak quiet a lot. I could hear the people in the neighbouring apartment as their floorboards squeaked too.
