Definitely a 10/10 all round. A lovely Edwardian building. All staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble - when we asked for additional milk for our room we really appreciated the small jug of real milk instead of more sachets. The room was lovely and very clean as was the bathroom. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food both breakfast and evening meal were excellent.

The remote control for the TV didn't work properly making it difficult to work the TV.

Large car park and well kept grounds.

Lack of cold water in the bathroom. Some cobwebs on the light and lamp shades. Lack of gluten free food on the menu.

The location is lovely and quite, lovely views and well kept grounds around the hotel, full English breakfast was lovely with alternatives too and friendly staff

No one on reception on checking in and had to phone hotel from reception. A few minor building works being carried out with the only one to be an issue was the loose wood on the main entrance path

This hotel us stunning ' we took our dog who loved the grounds ' staff were amazing ' could not fault our stay and we will definitely be going back ❤️

It was spacious and lovely big windows in the room.

The carpet in my room needed a good clean.

Friendly and helpfull staff. The restaurant was closed but we had a lovely meal at the bar. The single room was very spacious. Great location with lots of parking space. Quiet even though it's close to the road.

shower had low water pressure and was too hot and we were unable to make it cooler.

after our stay next morning we have asked receptionist to call us taxi going to a pub where we left our car - 8 minutes away from the hotel, and in the middle of the night coming from there to hotel we paid £11. when we get in to our destination to pickup a car taxi driver asked us to pay £18 when we query this and stated that nigh before was cheaper he stated that he is not local and came from Maidenhead, we have paid but we think this is not acceptable asking us to pay not only for our 8 minute trip but also for taxi driver coming to pick us up. we have been very tired to argue and I regret that haven't taken name of the company and driver to report this.

Amazing staff, really accomodating, they helped us out to sort our taxis to the wedding venue and back and the early check in for our group of guests. Also beautiful property
