The staff make this hotel very special, it is fabulous! exceptionally clean and the grounds beautifully maintained.

We had a fabulous stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the resort was spotless. We had a late return flight but were allowed to use the facilities all day and were provided with towels and toiletries to shower before we left. The kids loved the pool and the tennis and basketball court were an added bonus. There are a number of fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance towards the city centre and the marina is also less than a 10 minute walk. There are 2 supermarkets less than 2 mins from the Hotel.

We stayed in May and our only complaint would be the pool temperature which was quite cold.

The staff were great, the rooms clean and comfortable. Great if you have a family, there were lots of children but it’s a family resort so it was expected.

The Wi-Fi was slow in the bedroom.

Very friendly staff. The pool area was so much fun for our daughter. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a good selection for children as well.

The taxi shortage in Kos may prevent me from returning. Its a serious crisis. I realize this is not the hotel's fault. They tried to help.

The pool was quite nice. Location was fair. Cleaning of rooms was excellent.

The building is very old and the beds are horrible. The pool towels were basically in shreds. The food at the restaurant was not good at all and the service at the pool was non-existent. It wasn’t very relaxing being in the common areas at all.

The beds are good but the sleeping couch is really poor. Also quite noisy with moving furniture of the neighbours. Maybe some felt under the chair legs can do the trick.

The suite we stayed was very big,all the essentials&complimentary drinks were provided. Room was clean,quiet. Facilities were great,kids liked the pool

Dated. We were a family of five and were divided into 2 separate opposite buildings. My kids had to cross the road to come to us. Apparently they had full capacity. I didn't like the cats being all over the restaurant. It wasn't comfortable to see cats on dining tables and chairs and walking between your legs. Their fur, pee and stench was evident. Not everyone loves cats or animals and it's not hygienic to have them near open buffet foods.

Great apartment, very confortable terrace.

This is great place to stay! Great staff and the resort is clean and well maintained. The apartments are perfect for a longer stay as you can cook your own meals. It's nice to have breakfast included and the variety was really good. The only thing I would ask for is more lactose free alternatives in the breakfat, like latose free milk and yoghurt (not almond or soy).

It would be even better if all apartments would have some basics, like salt/pepper and perhaps a small bottle of cooking oil. It would also be nice if there were some more English channels on the TV but that is nothing very important.

Breakfast pretty poor for a 5*, machine coffee, orange juice/apple juice etc from concentrate etc, no table service (but apart from this the hotel was excellent)

It was extremely comfortable, clean and friendly. Rooms were very spacious. Pool was lovely. In a good location, easy to get everywhere. Breakfasts were excellent, something to suit everyone.

Restaurant service did not really understand young kids requirements and made lot of mistakes. Also quite disorganized, walking around with empty hands etc.
