We find this place just to stay for one night in between two flights. This is nearby and the grabs are available 24/7 here.
The smell in the lobby and the darkness in the room. Also the bathroom was not very clean.
People who work there are very down and not fast.
We flew very early in the morning en because breakfast is included in the price they told me before we arrived they could arrange a breakfast to go. We checked it by arrival and they told us just to pick it up when we leave. But early in the morning there was nothing and the man behind the desk did not know about it...

It is near to KKIA, but the staff there are not friendly. Looks like they feel annoying when I try to ask a question. The room is okay, we just stay until around 2.50am then check out for our early flight in the morning. No breakfast is provided because it is start from 7am.
The staff management. I think they need more professional training. Anyway I am not expected more for this hotel because me and my friend just stay here because it is really near to airport Kota Kinabalu here.

Provide additional facilities like iron and head dryer... Improved the cleaning of all room including toilets.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Lift / Elevator available.
The room is clean, water heater, tea, instant coffee and sugar provided in the room.
Hot water for shower is available, and water pressure for toilet and bathroom are excellent even though I stay at level 3.
Sambal Nasi Lemak that served for breakfast is very nice and suit my taste.
Parking space are available (first come first serve basis)
Coin laundry available nearby (2-3 minutes walking distance)
Aircond is cold but a bit noisy during my stay. Need to service.
