Room was to small .very hot only little windows

The location was really good, only a few minutes walk to Preston Sands and about a 10 minute walk into Paignton town. The guest house was immaculately clean and the breakfast was beautiful, always hot and nicely presented. Pauline and Tim are lovely people and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning next year. Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday.

I can honestly say there was nothing I could find a fault with.

There is nothing not to like everything is brilliant

Everything was good - the place was clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was great and the owners always friendly and ready to please. I was very impressed at the quality for the price. Quite close to the beach only about 200 yards or so.

Not really anything that the owners could change - as always with seaside towns parking can be difficult but the house parking and some street parking plus a close by pay and display meant you could always get a place

Excellent warm welcome, friendly staff, clean & tidy, stayed from Monday to Saturday upon arrival was met by Pauline the owner who gave us all the information we needed for our stay in a cheerful and helpful manner,we were even allowed to book in early as our rooms were ready. Breakfast was absolutely great. Would definitely stay there again

Although room was compact it was perfectly suitable for our needs and felt shower was too small, but appreciate nothing bigger would fit.

Glad we chose this hotel. Quiet location but 10 mins walk to town. 5 mins walk to bus stop for Torquay. Nice beach at the bottom of the road. Fab value for money. Lovely friendly hosts. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast absolutely lovely, tasty and you can basically order what you want pretty much. Will defo try stay here again at some point.

NOTHING

Pauline and Tim ( the hosts) were very friendly and made us welcomed from the start. We loved our room and even more so as it was dog friendly with a private entrance, allowing us to walk the dog without having to go through the hotel. The room was clean with pleasant decor with two single beds, so comfortable. A bonus of a fridge too and TV and en-suite. The full English breakfast looked delicious but was far too much for us but our choice was just as delicious. Tim even cooked a sausage for the dog. The hanging baskets outside were still in full bloom and so attractive. Perfectly placed for the seafront, Loved it and can certainly recommend " The Florida". Thankyou Pauline & Tim and thankyou Tim for the sausage love Harvey the dog.

Plumbing was noisy

Apart from the room being a bit cramped it was spotless and the breakfast, you couldn't wish for better.

we didn't dislike anything.

It was a very well kept place nobody who goes there will have any complaints or they should not ace double yokes eggs for breakfast

Bedroom (room 5) was very small should only be a single bed in there really because thetes hardly room to get in & out of it!

Tim and Pauline were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble - felt very welcome

Although the fridge in the rooms are a very good idea - it could be a tad noisy when trying to sleep
