Everything was perfect. The location, the spacious accommodation. The view from our balcony was lovely. Spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and professional. Also a very good breakfast. We travelled from Kas in Turkey as we have made the trip before. An opportunity to stay overnight in Megisti in an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price was truly magical.

Beautiful place, nicely decorated, clean, with plenty of light. Perfect location and friendly staff.

Breakfast could be better for Greek standards. We didn't like the fact that savory pastries are only served once, and you can't get to eat them if you are not amongst the earlier guests to have breakfast.

Lovely place with a beautiful view on the bay and on the village. Well cared for and very clean. Hearty breakfast!!

The most perfect stay at Poseidon, the rooms are clean, modern and has great views of the harbour. The staff go above and beyond to look after their staff, Elma and Evi made our stay excellent - all the staff here are friendly and great. We came back to lovely clean rooms everyday and had great breakfast in a beautiful setting. There are sunbeds next to the water for use and also beach towels are offered. This is a perfect hotel and we loved it very much.

This is a belated review, but happy customers need to spread the love, and this is what I am here to do. The property is stunning, only a couple of minutes from the port of this gorgeous bite-sized island. Getting up bright and early to take photos of the port before the rest of the world woke up was our favourite activity, and this traditional mansion’s location was perfect for that. The staff were very warm and friendly (shoutout to Anna!), and we look forward to returning soon. Excellent in every regard and highly recommended.

Weak air conditioning

WE BOOKED A STUDIO GROUND FLOOR WITH SEAVIEW AND INSTEAD WE WERE GIVEN THE WORST ROOM IN THE COMPLEX WITH SEWARAGE VIEW. WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO THE RECEPTION THEY ADMITTED THEY DID A MISTAKE BUT THEY DID NOT DO ANYHTING TO CORRECT. WE DEMAN FULL REFUND OF THE MONEY PAID FOR THE ROOM OTHERWISE WE WILL OFFICIAL COMPLIANT AND NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN. SEE ATTCHED PHOTOS

Location , my room had a charming balcony with a beautiful view. Spacious bedroom

So far away from Athens but a beautiful island that you need to visit. I have stayed at the stroggili suite. The view to the port from the balcony was amazing ! The whole place is picturesque. The hostess was lovely and very polite! She recommended some places to visit. The 400steps is something that you have to do. The breakfast was rich and fresh. Looking forward to visiting again.

The location is perfect on the harbour, within walking distance from restaurants, cafes and tbe quay where rhe ferries dock The buildings are very pleasant and elegant from the exterior, in the local style and pastel colours. The interior is totally new, with modern appliances, airy and luminous rooms, contemporary shabby chic style. Amalia, the host is vey welcoming and friendly. I really couldn't hope for a better accomodation. The suite with the balcony, where I was upgraded, can easily accomodate a large family.
