Appartement très propre situé sur la place du Duomo
au coeur de la ville. Accueil par Filippo le propriétaire qui est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il vous donne tous les renseignements qui peuvent vous être utiles.

Attention toutefois au GPS qui nous a fait passer dans la ZTL ce qui nous a causé des petits tracas avec la police, résolus grâce à l'intervention de Filippo. Merci à lui.

Filippo our host was fantastic. Spoke good English as our Italian is not good. He met on arrival by hire car outside the city walls and drove us up into central SG to drop off our bags. Then provided secure safe parking only 10 Euros Day short walk outside city walls. Filippo showed us where to go few restaurants points of interest etc. Meet as arranged by phone as we arrived and very helpful. Location excellent and our own window looking over the main Piazza. 1100 AD Tower room very special. Large spacious well-appointed bedrooms living area. The sounds of the city at night brilliant as we sat in the tower room with our evening drinks
Beds need to be larger - king or Queen is best and not so small. Single beds also very small.

Staying in a medieval tower in San Gimignano what could be better. Perfect location literally at the center of town Owner was super helpful in correspondence and on setting us up on arrival especially helping us figure out parking never easy in hill towns in Tuscany!

The best location in a medieval tower in the middle of San Gimignano. Filippo gave good instructions on how to find him. We parked our car in his secure garage near the city wall which was a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Location on the piazza, couldn't be better. Apartment fully equipped, clean and in part of the tower.
Host was wonderful, escorted us with local information, parking and helped with our bags.

Più centrale c'è solo il centro della piazza. La finestra della Torre Useppi si affaccia sulla piazza principale proprio di fronte alla torre Grossa.
Il fascino di dormire in torre medievale a un prezzo abbordabile.
Il parcheggio come in tutti i centri storici si trova un po' lontano dall'appartamento, visto che è centrale, salite e scalini sono inevitabili. Non è una mancanza dell'host ma si deve tenere conto e magari viaggiare con pochi bagagli.

The host was hospitable and friendly. The location of the flat is excellent, it overlooks the main square. We were happy to be staying in a "tower" and in awe of it's 1.2m thick wall.

Our host was so gracious and the property is beautiful! It had everything we needed and it was unique to stay in an ancient tower. We would definitely book this property again, as well as recommend it to others.

The flat is in the middle of a medieval building. It is amazing from outside and inside as well.
The are two toilets which makes your stay comfortable if you are with a bigger company.
The rooms are on the floor, the kitchen and the bathroom is on the ground floor.
It is well equipped, you have everything you need.
Filippo is amazing , he is very friendly and the communication with him was very easy.
We could park our car in his garage for 10 EUR.
Bars, restaurants are closed.
I would stay more as it is a beautiful place.

Nice, well equipped apartment, with the added bonus of the historic tower. Located in a Piazza, central to both entrances of beautiful San Gimignano. Fabulous and helpful host Filippo.
The main bed was a bit hard for me and could have used a topper, but that’s just my preference.

Location could not be better and what a unique experience staying in one of the towers. The accommodations were very nice with two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and living space. I was a little worried about arranging key pickup and car parking but nothing could have been smoother or better. No problem at all.

Mr. Filipoo was waiting for us upon arrival and he showed us everything. he showed us the accommodation in detail and helped us park.
The accommodation is located in a historic building in the heart of the city.
The accommodation has furniture and various decorations that will introduce you even more and prove that you really live in a prison.
There is a beautiful view of the square from the accommodation.
The host was very helpful with everything we needed, we will definitely come back!

For the price this is an exceptional apartment. The owner was very helpful and a good man. The apartment had everything you need. Central location in a beautiful hill top medieval town.

owner contacted me beforehand so it was easy to meet for handing over the keys (actually he was already awaiting me at the bus stop and accompanied me to the property and showed me everything and gave me a map and some hints for orientation)
