Tasty food in the restaurant, pleasant staff, possibility to leave a luggage

Very uncomfortable bed - the springs in the bed were pushing into my body all night (to be fair, my wife slept well). The rooms are quite sterile - all white, not much charm.

Stayed in a family room in the annex that was great value. Good beds and bathroom (but maybe a bit impersonal). They offer a very nice breakfast on the patio. Great location with a 10-min walk to the town. They helped with parking right of the hotel. San Gimignano is a gem and should be visited. Don´t miss to visit Gelateria Dondoli. It has the best icecream I´ve ever eaten!

Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable xmall hotel. Very good breakfast. Restaurant was largely empty but I was served by a delightful woman from Singapore and the food was excellent.

San Gimignano actually. Rather a sterile town. Beautiful architecturally but soulless, as if no one actually lives there, just tourists, so it was nice that this hotel was just outside.

Everything is nice and it's very well located to can forget the car and enjoy the downtown just walking.

The location of the hotel is very good, with nice view to old city and just short walk to the center. breakfast was nice, but I saw that after 9.00 they did not re-fill and for instance some things were not available any more (eggs, some cakes...).

The room was very basic, but clean and it was ok for us for 1 night stay. wi-fi was not working properly in the room that was apart from the main hotel building.
