Близко к аэропорту, хорошо организована встреча, быстрое заселение. Кондиционер можно поставить на обогрев, было тепло. В номере есть холодильник и чайник. Ночью было тихо. Рядом есть небольшой Carrefour и food court. В целом впечатление хорошее, уже забронировала повторно на февраль.

Душевую кабину бы поменять. Завтрак достаточно скромный. Кровать двуспальная нам была маловата.

The staff was nice, they even arranged my transfer to and from the airport. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the airport and I had a very early flight and that's why I booked it. They arranged my ride to and from the airport. The breakfast was good. Conveniently located near the airport. If you have a long layover or are leaving early in the morning, I would recommend it as they will arrange a reliable transport to and from the airport. Transport from the airport is included and to the airport is an extra charge.

The room was very basic and semi-clean. The bathroom was not heated. It took forever for the hot water to start running in the tub. There was no hot water in the sink. Very odd set up, where you walk through the court yard to the back house and the room is accessed from outside, almost like it was converted from the garage. The property is located on the main road not near anything except the airport.

Great place near the airport with the best stuff ever! Also there's a free transfer from the airport to the guest house. Good breakfast, bus stop near the place. We stayed here twice before our flights. Very pleasant and caring owner. Our second flight was early in the morning before the breakfast but the owner gave us small breakfast to go. Highly recommend!

Had a transit flight through Yerevan, I was met at the airport, the hotel is located 5 min from the airport, the personnel was very polite and hospitable, a perfect place for 1 night
