Very good place. The personal is so extremely friendly and helpful , I think something better does not exist.

I really liked the location, my room and the private beach. The staff were also lovely.

We arrived just after lunch hours, but the staff was kind enough to bring us some bread, cheese and ham to have at least some food. It was good to have different food every day. The room service (cleaning) was good and polite. They would always wait until we left and were very nice even if we were leaving the room later on in the day. There was one young waiter (originally from Albania) who was by far the best from all the staff. He was very kind, polite and professional. It was great to have free beach beds and the beach was right in front of the hotel.

We paid for all inclusive package, however, we discovered that it was only full board option. That meant that we could only eat and drink selected food and drinks during breakfast/lunch/dinner hours. If we wanted even just a coffee or tea outside those hours, we had to pay. All food and drinks had to be asked for from the waiters, however, we felt that we were being ignored at times and they preferred other guests. It could do with language barrier as we only spoke English, however, some of the staff forgot about our requests even after we made the order. Another strange thing was that beach beds with sun shades were allocated to specific rooms. The beach was half empty and when we first arrived, we just picked up a free spot among the many empty around. However, an older guy (hotel staff) who was taking care of the private beach told us that we couldn't use that spot and had to move to the one next to it... :-D I understand if it was during high season and the beach was full, but this was not the case.

Rooms were very spacious and clean, well furnished, staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good in comparison to other hotels we stayed at. Very nice place with private and clean beach, its own restaurant outside of the hotel. Would visit again or recommend to a friend.

Although there is free parking, people are blocking each other because there is not much room. Not a big issue, but could be annoying not being able to drive out when you want to. Luckily we visited at the end of september and there was free parking everywhere outside.

The staff was super nice. You get a beach umbrella and showers at the beach included. The hotel is decently enough maintained and the food is okay. An average experience, nothing bad but nothing outstanding. The value for money is not worth it, we went in high season traveling north from better options further south. Could be at other times of year the hotel would be more accessible.

Lack of parking, they should arrange for a valet to take care of your car when you arrive and park it for you. Walls are thin and the neighbors woke us all up packing at 6 AM.

The room door doesn't keep any noise so when somebody was in the corridor was feeling like they are in our room! Especially in the earlier morning when like to sleep it wasn't possible!
