La comodidad del alojamiento y la ubicación.

Ubicación perfecta y sin ruidos a persar de estar en el centro. El alojamiento es muy cómodo con todos los servicios. Paula de recepción es encantadora y nos facilitó tanto la entrada como la salida.

La ubicación es excelente, el precio estaba muy bien, llegamos 2 horas antes del check in y no dejaron acceder a la habitación, fueron muy amables y simpáticas, la habitación es MUY amplia, el baño es enorme y el agua con excelente presión y temperatura, un sitio muy recomendable

First, we couldn't find the place. The signage was small. So we looked at the pictures online. Luckily we found wjat the outside of the building looked like. In the end, I like that most people don't know it is a place to stay. I feel it is safer that way. I loved that there were multiple dead bolts on the room door. I loved that there was an oven, dishes, microwave, clean shower and the windows that opened with the little seat to sit and look out the window. I loved that there were multiple TV stations to watch as well in English. Lol. Great location. Wish we would have found this at the beginning of our 17 day vacation.

Key drop off. We had to leave the room at 2:30am , so we weren't sure where to leave the room key.

Really nice apartment next to Mercado de San Miguel.

The shower was broken and after we asked them to fix it, it wasn’t fixed. it didn’t really bother us so much though.

Disaster. Never again. Nothing writtten in booking com iş correct. No parking and the price is 50% higher. The room was small and smells toilet. Disgusting. I escape early in the morning. I hate Madrid because of this place. Only the position was nice every other thing deleted to think the position. Ever never again this place. I gave 1 star. Since 1 has a value , i did not want to give it but I had to. it is a big ZERO

if you care about the personnel , you couldn’t be wrong coming here , this lady accepted to show us the room the night before and we put the luggage there to spend the night before us :) . She also waited closing and leaving the reception until we arrived from another nearby space with the luggage , totally recommend and we really enjoyed our stay !
