The property is a walking distance to SM City Uptown - CDO and the major food parks in Pueblo Business Park. Everything you need is within arm’s reach. As for the apartment itself, it’s relatively quiet and peaceful.

Upon entering, the place seemed alright. However, upon closer inspection and a few hours of use, I noticed a few things. 1) there were snack wrappers tucked underneath the kitchen table. I don’t think that place gets cleaned very often. 2) The bathroom drainage system is abysmal. When showering, some of the water from the shower splashes onto the outer parry of the shower dam. Because of how the tiles/ground slants, the water pools towards the door instead of the drain near the sink. Thus, the water has a tendency to leak into the hallway outside. We had to find a way to scoop the water back inside so it drain properly. Highly inconvenient.

The location is great. No breakfast is included.

The floor inside the bathroom is broken. Water all over the floor. The bowl didnt flush.

It is clean, comfortable and very accessible to anything you want.

Things I observed which the place lack are table rags, soft broom, dustpan, and extra floor rag, considering it’s a condo-hotel similar to a home and not purely a hotel. Also, as shown in the picture upon booking, there was a balcony but in actual, just an extended concrete floor on the front side.
