The property had everything and more. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us lots of information. When we reached out he was readily available. We were a family of 4 adults and 4 children. It was spacious and the bed were comfortable. We had a bit of trouble unlocking the door but once we figured it out it was not a problem. Lots to do close by.

This place was perfect for us. It met all our expectations and was exactly as listed. The location couldn’t have been better. Our Spanish family that joined us even loved to look out the window at Casa Batllo across the street. The owner is very proud and it shows. He was gracious, patient, and very responsive We would easily stay here again.

This property has it all. One of the owners met us for check in and answered all of our questions. The apartment is beyond gorgeous and the location can’t be beat. Concierge service was very helpful scheduling taxis, etc. Run, don’t walk to reserve it.

Imagine opening your windows onto a balcony and overlooking the street with the best and most historical architecture in all of Barcelona and you have found where we stayed! Everything was amazing - very clean, all amenities provided, and even helped us arrange a private chef at the apartment. We could walk to everything, everyone had a bed, lots of great space, this is the kind of place we would want to live!

We have just returned from our holiday and we didn’t want to leave. The property is extremely clean and equipped with everything our family needed for a perfect stay. Beds are extremely comfortable and the home is very spacious. Location is perfect as we were at the heart of the city - Host has been incredible from start to finish. We had an incredible time staying in this beautiful apartment. The location cannot be beat. Javier and Pilar could not be better hosts. Our family of 10 had a wonderful pre Christmas stay in this apartment . It was a great experience from beginning to end. Petra, the owner, was quick to respond to all inquiries , and Ana, the your stylist concierge , was very helpful. She arranged our transfers from the airport to the apartment and then to the train station when we departed for Madrid. She provided restaurant suggestions as well as activities. The location was perfect! The icing on the cake was the nightly sound and light show at Casa Battlo ( across the street) Our experience was a 10 out of 10!

Amazing location, walkable to almost everywhere we wanted to go, wonderful, responsive hosts and nicely equipped property.

Our family of five (my wife, I, and our three teenage children) and two friends stayed here for a four day visit to Barcelona. The five bedrooms (two masters) are all spacious and perfectly met our needs. The kitchen and living space were also spacious and very comfortable for our group of seven. All the finishes, furniture, equipment, kitchenware etc. are high end. The apartment is on the fourth floor in a building with about 20 apartments, two per floor. There are two elevators. Most of the time, access to the building is managed by a doorman. At off-hours you use a key for entry and exit. The apartment looks out on the most famous row of modernist houses in Barcelona on the Passeig de Gracia, most notably Gaudi's Casa de Battlo. Just outside the door, you'll find many beautiful shops, bars, and restaurants. Thanks to recommendations of our very friendly and attentive host, Pilar, we discovered Vinitus, the best tapas restaurant we went to (twice!) during our stay in Spain, and El Nacional, a beautiful large hall with multiple bars and restaurants, where we had a salt baked dorado and squid-ink seafood paella. Both of these restaurants are within a stone throw from the apartment. We left, wishing we had more time to check out Pilar's other recommendations. The apartment is centrally located and it is easy to discover Barcelona walking, my favorite way to see a city. Casa Battlo, Casa Mila, Ramblas are all within 5 minutes. The Sagrada Familia, the Picasso museum, and the beach area are within a 20 minute walk. When tired or in hurry, no problem. The metro station just outside the door is on three different lines, so easy to get to anywhere in Barcelona. We will look back on our trip to Barcelona with fond memories, not least because we were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful, luxurious city apartment!

Property was in a great section of Barcelona, convenient to all the sights, shopping and restaurants. Very well appointed, clean and quiet! Could not ask for more in a in-town premium location. Perfect for our family!

We could not have had a nicer stay at this apartment and Ventura and Nuria made us feel so welcome! The apartment is spectacular - beautifully decorated, and wonderfully comfortable. The view of Gaudi’s Casa Batllo across the street cannot be beat. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen would be lovely to cook in, though we mostly ate at the many cafes and tapas bars nearby. I am a picky customer and I *loved* this place. You could not find a more pleasant place to stay in Barcelona.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 days and cannot say enough how much we enjoyed it. Great location away from the tourist crowds with a great view of Casa Batilo, but close enough (20-25 min walk) to most major attractions. A great way to experience the city snd get away from the crowds at the end if the day. Ventura was a fantastic host, offering dining suggestions and other tips along the way. We were in regular contact which made our trip easier. Well appointed and large apartment was a plus/plus for us. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to return to Barcelona.

What a beautiful apartment situated across from Casa Batllo, with excellent restaurants and easy bus-metro access right outside the front door. The apartment was perfectly clean and completely stocked with top-end kitchenware and immaculate, comfortable bedding and toiletries. Ventura is a SUPER host and helped us coordinate airport transfers, an excellent city tour with guide, and COVID testing at the apartment. If you plan a visit to Barcelona, you must stay here!!

We had an amazing experience in Barcelona thanks to Ventura! If I could rate the flat, the location of the flat, and the service provided by Ventura higher than 5 stars I definitely would. Ventura was not only very kind and knowledgeable about the area, he would respond to any inquiry in a matter of minutes. The flat was extremely clean and very well located. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The place was exactly as advertised. Located centrally, across the street from the famous and beautiful Casa Batlló, the apartment is impeccably maintained. Plenty of space for multiple people with everything we needed for our week-long stay. We were two couples and a 16 year old, but we had as many as eight people in the apartment when we entertained for dinner and never felt the least bit crowded. Ventura welcomed us with a friendly smile and suggestions for what to eat and where to go in Barcelona. We walked almost everywhere we went apart from a couple long trips or when the weather didn’t cooperate. I would unreservedly recommend the apartment. It is the perfect centrally-located, well-appointed apartment for an enjoyable stay in Barcelona!

If you are looking for a beautiful space to relax in the most perfect location in Barcelona then stop looking this is it! We traveled with two families each with young children and this was perfect. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed if we wanted to. We used the washer and dryer daily which was very helpful for packing purposes. Our host Ventura was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reachable for our every need. He knew we were arriving at early into Barcelona after a very long flight and arranged early drop off for our luggage and early check in. After staying in two other properties after this in Spain this apartment was by far the best. We would rent it again for sure. Great beds, good water pressure, amazing views, Netflix available on the TVs which was important for the kids after a long day of sightseeing. Best street in Barcelona.

Ventura is a true definition of a gentle and patient soul. He greeted and welcomed me and spent about an hour in the very beginning and showed me all the best places to visit and the best restaurants to dine in. The stay was also incredibly pleasant. We are right across the street from some of Gaudi's finest architecture remnants. Right around the corner from the apartment is also some of the city's best tapas restaurants. The apartment itself is very new and recently renovated so everything was very comfortable and modern amongst the historic streets. Little things that Ventura did also lightened the stay, such as he prepared us champagne, chocolate, and even a power adapter because some of us came from international countries. Overall, highly recommend it if you're looking for an effortless and pleasant stay coupled with incredible hospitality. Thank you, Ventura for everything that you've done for us!

The host went out of his way to ensure availability upon our arrival, shared excellent recommendations for areas to visit and restaurants near the apartment. The apartment is inviting and the views are spectacular! He responds to communications quickly and ensured that the property was clean and ready for us. His willingness to work with us should anyone in our group test positive COVID, demonstrated his kind and generous nature. I would definately book with him again, given the opportunity.

From initial contact, too meeting Ventura the owner and then all the way to the end of our stay, things were absolutely perfect. Location - Could not be any better. This is our 3rd time in Barcelona and now realise it is all about where you stay as the other visits were not in prime areas, making the trip far less of an experience. Opposite the popular Gaudi building, the views are fantastic and the buzz in the street down below is like no where else in Europe, was really amazed how great the atmosphere is in the city. The apartment - More space than you can imagine, everything from kitchen appliances to the bedding is top quality. To give you an idea on the details, all the knives and forks in the draw are perfectly in line with each other as with everything else in the kitchen cupboards, only slightly strange people like myself notice these little touches but they make a difference! :-) Very safe building as well, door man down stairs etc. Parking - So if you have a car there is an underground car park directly opposite so very close. The standard tariff is 49 Euros for 24 hours which is crazy, however if you go to the office on the 1st floor they have a discounted rate available. It cost us 90 Euros for 5 days so much better! They don't advertise this, you must go and ask but they were very friendly. Four tips: 1. Gaudi building opposite - worth a visit as it is fantastic and so close. However don't pay for the gold tickets like we did, what you get extra is to see 1 extra room which is basic with no special features, and then miss the entrance que, but tickets are all timed so no big ques any way. 2. If you can, visit Tibidabo, the cathedral on the hill overlooking all of the city. We went by chance and the views are just incredible, easily the best thing we did. (25 minute drive from apartment but buses also go there I believe) 3. Where the apartment is, is the nicest part of the city. We spent time trying to see everything, but after we realised the best parts were on our door step so should of spent more time closer to home. Finally, Ventura kindly told us about Vinitus, the tapas restaurant close to the apartment. This was easily the best food during our stay. Hope all the above helps, if you are like me and spend hours trying to find the best apartment, stop searching now and contact Ventura, you won't be disappointed.

But despite the wonderful places we've been fortunate enough to occupy, this experience set a new standard for us. Ventura is without question the most honorable, helpful, and truly caring host we have ever encountered. He met us personally at his apartment, explained how everything operated, gave us direct access to his contact info, and frequently checked in on us during our 10 day stay. He also accommodated our issues with flight cancellations, COVID testing agencies, and transportation. But even more, he connected us with the best transportation services, tour guides, restaurants, wine makers, and suggestions for tourism that made our trip truly substantially more successful than if we had been left to our own efforts. As for the property, it is indescribable as to location, comforts, amenities, and access to EVERYTHING you want to see in Barcelona. We enjoyed some of the best restaurants on the planet and walked to most. We were literally looking and the Gaudi Museum in all it's glory out our balcony watching the amazing light show and listening to organ refrains each evening. Despite the central location, we were wonderfully secure and the building had fully elevator and trash removal services. The apartment essentially has two master suites and three other double rooms and a large shared bathroom. It was perfect for our party of eight. We also had access to pharmacies, groceries, pastry and coffee shops, and an amazing line of the world's most famous luxury shops on both sides of the Passeig de Gracia. And when we felt like staying in for dining, the kitchen and dining room totally served our dining needs. I could keep writing for hours about how pleased we were with this property and especially Ventura. But hopefully, you're getting the point. You CANNOT do better in Barcelona!
