¡Nuestro hermoso ático con solarium en la azotea está disponible para alquilar y no podemos esperar a que vengas a disfrutarlo! Después de haber visitado el área por más de 12 años y enamorarnos de todo lo que tiene para ofrecer, desde el pintoresco casco antiguo hasta la bulliciosa plaza y la playa salpicada de chiringuitos de cabaña de madera, nos hemos tomado el tiempo para crear unas hermosas vacaciones. ¡Espacio hogareño y acogedor que te garantiza tener todo lo que necesitas para relajarte y disfrutar de tu tiempo en Los Alcázares!

Nuestro ático de esquina está ubicado en la comunidad cerrada de El Divino. El apartamento es tranquilo, privado y todas las salas de estar al aire libre ofrecen espectaculares vistas a las montañas y al Mar Menor hacia La Manga.
Los jardines y las 2 grandes áreas de piscina de El Divino están constantemente atendidos y siempre son coloridos e impecables. Si bien se puede acceder fácilmente en taxi o en privado desde el aeropuerto de Murcia (alrededor de 10 minutos de viaje), el estacionamiento en la carretera frente a los apartamentos es abundante para los visitantes que desean alquilar un automóvil. La playa está a menos de 10 minutos a pie y se puede llegar a la Plaza en solo 5.
Al entrar en el apartamento, se lo recibirá con colores claros, frescos y limpios en todas partes y con un mobiliario de alto nivel que ofrece espacios cómodos y relajantes para hasta 6 personas. Tenemos WiFi de alta velocidad de cortesía en todo. Se instalan nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado Samsung en todas las habitaciones además de los ventiladores de techo. NOTA: el aire acondicionado / calentadores se pagan localmente debido a los altos costos de funcionamiento. Ofrecemos € 10 por semana de cortesía para estancias MENORES de 3 semanas, para estadías más largas podemos discutir sobre la reserva.
El salón tiene un sofá chaise longue en forma de L con cómodos cojines y mantas que también se convierte fácilmente en un amplio sofá cama doble (con amplio espacio para 2 adultos). El salón también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con todos los canales por satélite del Reino Unido, así como algunas obras de arte con mucho carácter. Hay una mesa de comedor para aquellos que prefieren comer en el interior.
A la izquierda del salón se encuentra la cocina abierta con todo lo que necesitaría para un máximo de 6 personas, incluido un microondas, una lavadora, una placa y horno Bosch, junto con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios que pueda necesitar.
Las puertas del patio conducen desde el salón a un amplio balcón cubierto bien presentado con una mesa de patio ideal para el desayuno o las bebidas mientras disfruta de las vistas. Desde aquí puede subir las escaleras hasta el solarium de techo muy grande, este espacio es fantástico y ofrece vistas panorámicas. El solarium también está equipado con luces de pared. Hay un toldo grande (toldos) para ofrecer sombra del sol, una hermosa mesa de mimbre con 6 sillas, 4 hamacas y 2 mesas ocasionales, una de las cuales es una caja fría. ¡Recomendamos pasar una noche cenando aquí con una copa de vino!
La habitación doble principal tiene una puerta Juliette que conduce al balcón, un área de tocador con espejo, armario empotrado con mucho espacio de almacenamiento y perchas y también una caja de seguridad.
La habitación doble tiene una gran ventana que ofrece mucha luz, amplios armarios empotrados y un espejo y taburete de gran longitud para vestirse.
Ambos baños en la propiedad son impresionantes, modernos y completamente alicatados con almacenamiento debajo del fregadero, espejos y duchas de lluvia con control termostático (uno tiene una cabina de ducha y otro un baño). Se proporcionan toallas de baño y piscina. También proporcionamos tumbonas y sillas adicionales que puede llevar a la playa / piscina.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Enjoyed our relaxing stay!

We have just returned home after spending two weeks in this beautiful, spacious apartment. Returning home, reluctantly, but feeling totally relaxed. From the original point of reservation to the end of our holiday, the communication with Emma and her mother, Lynne was excellent. Thanks to Emma for the bottle of wine and water which were there on our arrival. Very kind. The apartment was exactly, as described. All of the home comforts imaginable. The first week in particular was very hot and humid, so the air con was most welcoming. We were grateful for the beach equipment, too, which we used almost daily. Because we had such fab weather, we didn't sit in much, but the sofa in the lounge is extremely comfortable and the TV has UK channels. We had a couple of barbecues on the roof terrace, which is beautiful. Comfortable loungers and dining table and chairs. We've stayed at the `El Devino complex` several times, so are familiar with the area. Like the apartment, it is beautifully maintained. So close to the Plaza, with restaurants and bars and to the sandy beach and promenade. We had an amazing holiday and can highly recommend this apartment. We most certainly would love to return again!!

Had a lovely week at Emma’s apartment.The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything you could think of.The balcony off the living room was ideal if you wanted some shade but the huge rooftop solarium with loungers,table and chairs and a shower was perfect for all day sun.Restaurants and shops only a 5 minute walk and a further few minutes you are at the beach.Stayed in Los Alcázares many times and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in.Communication with Emma from the initial booking up to us arriving was excellent and Damian the property manager was always contactable if needed.I would highly recommend and stay at this property again.

Stunning roof top with everything you need, bar b que and sun longers. The appartment is clean and well stocked. Location is fantastic within short walk to resturants. Pool is lovely area and warm. Would love to visit here again. Tge communication was grwat.

Just returned having stayed at this lovely apartment for 4 weeks situated on a well kept complex within a 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The owners have thought of everything from the supply of kitchen utensils and crockery to sun loungers for use on the solarium and foldable ones for use around the pool or take to the beach together with parasols.

This apartment is exactly as described and we found it very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, and plenty of outside space. The complex is well maintained and the pool area was immaculate. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Communication with Emma was excellent not quite so good with Damian, but we got there in the end!

The property was well equipped and satisfied all our needs. Unfortunately my husband struggled with the stairs as he has a heart condition. This has since improved with medication. We have spent holidays in Los Alcazares for several years and love the place

We had a lovely time, apartment was lovely had everything you could think of and the water filter was a life saver, no need to carry bottled water up all the stairs!
The pool was great and distance to the beach was fab. The roof terrace was amazing spent most evenings up there before getting ready to go out.

The solarium roof terrace was great for al fresco dining and provided a lovely view of the sunset. Solarium also had an outdoor shower which was an added bonus in the high temperatures.
Communications with Emma the host and Damian, who oversees the property, were great and Emma was so helpful recommending restaurants etc.
Would definitely stay here again. Brilliant holiday.

Beautiful property, ideal for 3 adults and an infant. Clean, modern and contained everything we needed. The roof terrace was a beautiful added bonus! Communication with the host Emma and property manager Damian superb throughout. Made everything run really smooth including a late check in when we arrived. Location spot on, pool area beautiful, clean and tidy. Have stayed at the el devino complex in the past and this time was no different - fantastic! Will definitely come back!

We finally managed a return stay here. No issues at all. The accommodation is excellent, in a great location, and easy communication with the owners and the the propert management company who were very helpful as we were a bit later than arranged for arrival.

A really excellent apartment, well appointed and presented. On arrival it was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.
I have stayed in many apartments in Los Alcazares and can honestly say this was the best.
I could not think or suggest any improvements that would have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
Location is ideal and the rooftop solarium was ideal in the spring sunshine.
We will definitely be returning.

Found accommodation to be well equipped and comfortable. Hosts tried to think of everything that might be required. Provided heating/aircon cards which lasted our month break.

We had a really good break within the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment had everything that we required. The water filter was a life saver as we would have struggled to carry water from supermarket. The shopping trolley was also really handy and saved us from carrying shopping. Apartment is within short walking distance from supermarkets and 525 area. Overall a good experience.

My wife and I returned to Emma's lovely apartment for the first time in 3 years. We enjoyed our stay every bit as much as our previous holidays.
Emma has updated and improved quite a few items since our last visit.
Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Only 10 minutes relaxed walk to the beach.
Emma and her property managers are extremely helpful and professional.

We rented Emma’s apartment for a 9 day stay on the Mar Menor. July/Aug22
Due to flight times we had a late check in but this was arranged via Emma with Debbie and Craig who manage the property locally.
We asked for a few food items to be picked up for us and this was also arranged with ease.
The apartment itself was of a very high standard.
Very clean and really well equipped.
Emma really has thought of everything you would need even down to a shopping trolly! Which was well used.
The roof terrace was excellent. Again everything you need. Quality loungers, dining furniture and awning which was a must for a bit of shade.
On the complex were 2 good sized pools that never had more than 10 people in and at times we had the pool to ourselves. Albeit there is a list of rules re usage so check the signs before diving in.
Location wise the “strip” where the main bar, restaurants and gift shops etc was only a 5 min walk
There is a supermarket there as well which is the closest but Lidl and others are only a few more minutes walk away. Hence the shopping trolly.
The Mar Menor itself is 10-15 mins walk. We found walking through the “Strip” the quickest way and the beach was beautiful
We had a really good stay, very relaxing and the apartment was excellent.

One week at El Divino
Lovely top floor apartment on El Divino complex.
Modern and very clean and well equipped with everything you'd need to make your stay feel like home.
Roof-top terrace was a welcome addition to the apartment, nice area to eat, drink and sunbathe.
Pool area is very nice and clean, perfect for a relaxing swim and cool-down.
Steps up to apartment may not be suitable for less mobile people, but if you're good on your legs, this a great place to stay.

Wonderful apartment & complex
We had a great stay in this really well equipped apartment. It was spotlessly clean with everything you could need for a week away. Debbie from the management company met us and showed us around, including giving us some tips for the local area which was great. The complex is really well maintained and secure with both pools beautifully kept and plenty of room to sit under the shade of a palm tree in the lovely hot weather.
We loved Los Alcazares too - only 5 minutes walk to the hotel 525 and all the restaurants and bars and a further 5 minutes to the beach and our favourite chiringuito for lunch or an after dinner drink by the sea with the lovely breeze.
All in all an excellent stay and we hope to return very soon.

We have stayed in the Los Alcazares area in recent years and this accommodation ticked all the boxes for us.
The location is very close to restaurants and supermarkets, the promenade and beach is a short walk away.
Everything in the apartment was of good quality and very clean. The generous bed and choice of duvet tog was appreciated, as was the free wifi & British TV. We loved relaxing on the top solarium.
Yes, the apartment is on the second floor, so a challenge with heavy shopping or a suitcase but ok for anyone of average fitness & the stairs are well lit at night.
We enjoyed our stay on this gated complex which made us feel very safe.
