Close to beach, restaurants, lots of room in house for all

Overall house was well laid out, had no issues having 3 families staying there all having teenaged kids. Location to the beach and downtown was great. Quick one block walk to the beach, can easily get all over the island by golf cart. Pool and hot tube are great. Well laid out, shady, great place to hang out after a hot day at the beach. House had everything we needed for the week. Would have been nice to have a Keurig Coffee pot, but the drip maker worked fine. Need to address the railing on the porch coming off the kitchen. They made a quick fix while we were there, but it's temporary and really needs to be replaced from a safety standpoint. Washing machine went out while we were there and repairman said it's too old for parts and repair. Hopefully there is a new one on order. Overall we all enjoyed the house and would stay again if visiting the island.

The property had a great location. The pool was a blessing and wonderful for everyone! The only drawback was the trash situation. We arrived with full garbage After repeated attempts to have it removed we gave up calling. They told us we were responsible for taking the cans to the curb for pickup on Friday.otherwise it was a great vacation!!

The house and backyard were beautiful. The inside needed some new pots and pans. The grill outside had a rat living in it. We were not comfortable using the grill and most of the cook wear. The towels were thin and cheap.

House is great, pool is awesome, great location to the beach. Property management communication could have been better.

We had a family reunion and birthday celebrations this stay. Great location! A block from the beach and pool/jacuzzi were great. Vacasa was very responsive to all our inquiries and satisfied them quickly. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the place needs some definite attention to some maintenance and deep cleaning. Disappointed to not be able to use our balcony in our room, door warped and stuck closed and the window leaked and flooded the floor in our room during the tropical storm Nicole. We had to use towels to not have it ruin our stuff. Loved the island and will definitely consider renting this again.

Our family of 10 loved this house. It is nicely laid out and we had plenty of room. The house and property were very clean. The beach access is only a minutes walk away. The kids enjoyed many hours of fun in the nice sized pool. The only negative comment is that there wasn’t enough forks and spoons for 10 and one of the top kitchen drawers fell out every time you opened it.

Nice property very well located, trees around the pool area needs to be trim to keep the pool clean and for more sun access, that will put the property to another level.

Nice shaded back yard for the hot summer. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Great time! Very clean and lots of room. Loved coming from the beach to the pool! Great way to relax. Very easy access to beach. Ran out of propane and let them know and they were there in less than 20 minutes to replace. Hope to come back!

I do believe that for the price that we pay for this house for the week, that this house should have more to offer. The air vents are disgustingly dirty. The kitchen is not stocked at all, being that there are 9 forks for a house that sleeps 12. There are no outdoor lights, making nights dangerous. The faucet in the kitchen makes strange noises when turned on. The filter in the fridge is showing it needs a replacement, for a long time it seems. The landscaping is haphazard, as none of the palms or bushes have been pruned in ages, causing dead pieces of foliage to fall into the pool. I had to skim the pool three times this week because of trees that have not been maintained in a long time. Overall, the upkeep and maintenance, besides the normal cleaning, is terribly lacking. The owners have obviously not been here for a king time or just don’t care. We are extremely disappointed and would like to have a response before we comment on the site about this property. Thank you

The was such a great stay in a beautiful home. The location was great. Beach was within walking distance (for small kids too). Plenty of space and outside area was amazing! Short drive to the pier and shops. Pizza s The only reason I didn't give 5 stars all around was because of a few things: 1. The house was clean but not spectacular (eg dining table was dirty, floors were only swept in main areas, etc.) But overall was cleanly. 2. The pool was cloudy with a lot of debris. The pump stopped working halfway through our stay (they resolved it the next day) 3. The dryer would trip the breaker after 10-15 minutes so it was not possible to do laundry unless you kept going downstairs to reset the switch. (They came and assessed but did not resolve the issue. Nothing was mentioned in that regard when the tech left) Our stay overall was amazing and despite those few hiccups, we would definitely stay again.

However, had to much shade and pool and hot tub was not heated like some of our neighbors pools. We called to ask to have heat increased but never got a call to increase. So never got to use pool or hot tub. Great location but will choose a different home next time.

Great place, awesome location The interior is very clean and all the beds are very comfortable with very nice sheets. We look forward to rentong from them again.

We really liked the house we rented but were super disappointed with the pool. The water was cold and the trees blocked most of the sun from coming into the pool. The beds were all comfortable and inviting but the house looks tired - cabinets are older and our master bath shower was in need of repair. The patio needs some loving as the refrigerator in the bar did not work and the bar was pretty worn out. Our family stayed next door to us and they had a warm pool we spent most of our time in. Great location to the beach and we were happy there were some chairs and umbrellas to borrow. Housekeeping had the place spotless and should be commended.

The house was perfect for our group of 10. There were a few issues upon arriving ( electric outlets and fridge were not working at the outside bar and pool net had holes in it), but Vacasa was quick to repair the electric and replaced the net. They were courteous and very easy to work with. We even chatted with the maid who came right before we left and she was super friendly. The garage space was great and had another full size refrigerator and plenty of beach gear including a large wagon, chairs, and umbrellas. No beach toys for kids but we bought some and left them for future guests. Ample space in the house. Bedrooms were large and there were plenty of bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. View from balconies were awesome even from the back overlooking the pool. They provided an extra propane tank for the grill which was a plus. Washer and dryer worked like champ as we did a lot of laundry. Location was perfect! We were so close to the beach just a walk across the street and you were there. Very nice for quick walks for sunrise and sunsets. The house could use a couple of updates: 1) the grill was very dirty and old and really just needs to be replaced 2) pool needs refinishing as it is stained and appears dirty even though it wasn’t. This didn’t matter much to us , but should be considered 3) there were no spoons! Not sure if people have just lost them over the years or what but there were about 5 spoons ( all large), not many forks and about a thousand knives. May want to get a couple new sets 4) the alarm went off on the carbon monoxide detector from low batteries ( we checked that it wasn’t actually carbon monoxide) so we just replaced the batteries and the alarm stopped, but may want to check on that 5) the safety alarm for the doors did not work. If I had to guess that may have also been due to batteries needing replaced, but we didn’t mind it since our kids are old enough, but this should be addressed for future guests with little kids. 6) there was a ping pong table in the basement that was a hit, but we had to rig it up a bit to get it to better playing condition. This should be replaced as there were bungee cords holding it on, the screws were stripped, and the net was too high ( if you want to be competitive this is not ideal..) 7) the pool was supposed to be 80 degrees, but was not and was on the colder side. This was not too big of a deal because it did not get too cold outside and was tolerable, but may need to be checked. 8) we were not able to hook up multiple devices to the TV. Not sure if we were just not getting it, but we tried to hook up Roku and Nintendo switch to two different HDMI inputs and it would not allow us to switch the input. Just may want to check that as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again!
