Location was great and house was spacious and clean with a nice pool! But....Only louvered doors on 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and bathroom - so no privacy. Beds were just ok and sheets were not good quality. Toilet in half bath didn't flush all the time. Auto garage door worked only sometimes. Screen missing on lower portion of pool entrance so anything can get in. This house needs some TLC and kitchen could use some new fry pans and other essentials. Bike in garage was broken. We did have a nice time during our stay even with all of that. :-)

We really enjoyed our time at the Coconut Tree! The pool and space were exactly what we needed. While the small things about house itself seem "tired" (small repairs needed), it was certainly affordable by AMI standards, comfortable and on a quiet street with an easy walk to the Trolley. The beach is a moderate walk (easy for us, moderate for elders). We didn't use the canal for a boat, but it was beautiful and neat to see wildlife. We would come back!

I have beer coming to AMI for many years and love staying in the North end. This house is near everything we love about the area. Walking distance to the beach and short car ride or bike ride to AMI pier, Rod and Reel and all the great shops on Pine St.
Pool area was great and my grandchildren spent most of their time out there. Also loved being g on the canal.

Ok folks, the place is perfect for traveling on a budget with a family of 5. Compartively speaking, this place is a great deal for the area and the size of the home. Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable and had plenty of room in this 3 bedroom house. Overall, the price accurately reflects the lack of maintenance of the property. I left a list at checkout that the following needs repair:
Back screen door latch (you get locked out if it shuts behind you)
Dishwasher leaks water
Rollers on sliding door need grease (very hard to open/close)
Master bath shower head
NEXT - note in the master shower that the only knobs that REALLY matter are the middle two. One has red/white lines on it (this is for temp), the one on the right turns it on and off. If you are adventurous, feel free to have fun with the other knobs.
For the Roku - when you power on the TV, it will have an error message. Hit the (home) button on the roku remote and it clears the error.
Also note that if youre staying a whole week, youll need to purchase more toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. They provide a small amount of these items.
Id definitely stay here again. Very good value, but some quirks!

Our family of five and a plus one rented Coconut Tree for Thanksgiving Week. It was a perfect space for us. The house is really comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood is on a canal and super quiet. The amenities were great too - beautiful pool, laundry, private 1/2 bath, beach supplies, even a bike. And the management company, Vacasa, was super responsive to our requests. Note: master bath shower is complicated but quite cool. Thanks for a great week! Highly recommend!

House didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first few days of a one week stay. I had to reach out to customer service, had spectrum come to the house and let them in. It took them over an hour to fix, and that took a lot of time out of our honeymoon, and I lost a couple days of work from not having Wi-Fi. I reached out to Vacasa many times, and none of the reps seemed to know what was going on, and they offered me a small refund which I never even got. I will not be booking with any house that is run by Vacasa again

The home was clean, welcoming, and just what we needed to escape the cold New England winter! It’s right across the street from the beach and walking distance to the Pine Ave shops and food! The pool was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

Nice screened, heated pool also close walk to beach. house was clean. there were a few issues like poor communication with entry instructions from VACASA. took us 1 hour to get in to house at check in. hot water handle on shower in master bedroom not working so used 2nd bathroom. woke up next morning and coffee pot did not work. There is no pantry at at all so no salt, pepper, spices, etc... Some noticeable holes in screen on pool. Mattresses and pillows very firm. not specific to this house but know at ALL HOUSES on Anna Maria with a POOL, there is an alarm on all sliding glass doors that you have to turn off every time you go out sliding glass doors to pool area. very loud and you cant disconnect. kid of a pain but got used to it. VACASA was responsive to issues while we were there and tried to make things right.

Terrible Villa
Needs a deep clean it needs complete renovation. Basically one of the worse villas I have ever stayed at. Bed was not queen as advertised. Kitchen tap had to be replaced. No internet for 1 week. Drains need unblocking. Pool deck breaking up and absolutely filthy. Needs relaying and pressure washing. Disgrace for the money. Never again ruined holiday. This was a very special 50th wedding anniversary celebration delayed through cover totally ruined. Also could not get into villa until 4.25 as cleaner still working so sat on the drive.

Great house and great location. It’s a 4 min walk from front door to feet in the sand. The pool was wonderful and we were walking distance to a bunch of great places to eat. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome stay!!!
The location was great, 1 block to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, plates etc. the pool was warm and inviting. The only negative was the master bathroom the toilet seat was smaller than the bowl, and the shower drain was slow to go down. Also the tiles around the pool area were loose. There was only one good beach chair in the garage, I recommend bringing your own chairs and umbrellas. Other than that it was a good quiet peaceful vacation, can’t wait to come back.

This is a wonderful vacation home. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. Open concept, very clean and airy. Home was as described and met our expectations. Fully stocked kitchen with all essential pots, pans ,dishes etc. The Lanai and pool were fantastic, very private with lounge chairs to relax. Vacasa was excellent in providing all relevant information. Minor suggestions are (1) Provide beach chairs and umbrellas. (2) A mop and dustpan for clean up (3) Have housekeeping check after each guest to make sure grill is clean.

Perfect place for family get-away
This house was walkable to the beach and Pine Avenue where many shops and restaurants are located. The kitchen had everything we needed and the service was prompt with a minor issue we had. Loved swimming in the pool, refreshing after being at the beach. Watched sunrise by the pier on one side of the island and sunsets over the water on the other side. We would definitely stay here again.

Pictures need to be updated for this house because we didn’t see what the dock looked like online but when we got there we are impressed. One thing that could of been better would have been to have a working grill.. there also weren’t any back up trash bags, or any salt or pepper or ziplock bags, so if you plan on coming and cooking, bring your own! But there were plenty of plates, dishes, cups, etc.. overall great experience. We were a block away from the beach, that was a bonus. We left very satisfied!!! Sad to leave but we will be returning!!
