The villa was really clean and quite modern. Also the pool is big enough for a group out of 12 guys.

Some tiles of the pool are loose, so some people cut themselves on the sharp edges.

Very large bedrooms each with a private bathroom and air-conditioning. -Amazing garden, outside premises to seat with family during evenings and during the day. -The swimming pool is just perfect, always clean and also very spacious. -We enjoyed going to Porec, Vrsar, Umag and Rovinj. -Just perfect for family and friends

-The beds are creaking. They were very uncomfortable. We could not sleep well. -The pillows were dirty and smooth. We had to wash all. -There was not enaugh toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. We had to buy all missing thinks. -The vacuum cleaner does not work very well. -Internet connection was bad. I guess three villages are using the same wifi - The equipments in the kitchen not good. -Tourist tax was not included in the price. Required extra.

The living quarters and bedrooms were terrific, as was the pool. although there were some strange bits of bathroom design. The house was slightly remote but that wasn't a big problem since we had a rental car. The only real bugbear was the mosquitoes, who gave us hell, especially the first two nights. Overall, a fantastic villa.

Villa Kontesici 14 is a beautiful place to stay with a group of friends for a week! The interior is really nice and functional. The Pool and Garden is very clean. There are many possibilities to sit down and relax. The host is really helpful and friendly
