Khi checkout không có bất cứ tiếp tân nào, đành tự chuyển khoản theo thông tin ngân hàng trên bàn và tự lục lấy lại thẻ CCCD.

The hotel is newly refurbished, the decor is very beautiful and luxurious, the room has a lake view as shown in the picture. I was led by the staff to see the room, here there is a family room with a very nice open view. The hotel is close to the center, the breakfast bar is also very close, the staff is lovely, there is a cafe in the lobby. Will keep coming back if I have a chance

The room is clean, the toilet is also clean. There are TVs, refrigerators, air-conditioners... full. The price is also very reasonable so the room is almost always full. Should be booked in advance.

The area was not bad from the centre, just 10 minutes drive from central area.

The man who seemed to be the owner was shouting to their family like an animal, so rude and disrespectful. The rooms had top windows to the hall, so anytime people turn on the lights outside, the room was completely lit, an stupid idea. I had to put a t-shirt over my face to keep sleeping. The room is not isolated, any noise from outside will go inside as if the door was completely opened. Some local people came in early shouting and talking so loud, I could hear everything, cannot sleep. There was not hot water in the shower, I had to take a shower with cold water. The web says they speak English. It was not true, I had to use my little Vietnamese I knew to communicate.
