lors de l’arrivée nous avons dû attendre un bon moment avant de pouvoir monter dans la chambre suite à des soucis de payement de caution …

Attention: Arnaque à la carte bleue: L’hotel va prélever la nuit deux fois sur votre carte bleue, puis tarder à répondre aux messages. Une semaine après, toujours pas de nouvelles de mon remboursement!

El hotel es muy lindo y moderno. Habitación super amplia con cama muy cómoda.
Si bien el hotel está en una zona muy linda de la ciudad, está muy alejado del centro (10km) y no hay restaurantes cerca.

Lovely room. Friendly staff and nice pool.
People who had left room service trays in the corridor went uncollected for 24 hours+. They left a smell in the corridor when moving round the otherwise clean and pleasant building.

The room was okay, the best part about it was the cleanliness of it and the cleaners did a great job.
The restaurant was very small which therefore closed it when there were large groups. Unfortunately there were 2 days we couldn’t dine here at all which I think is ridiculously considering we had planned on not moving from the hotel and relaxing pool side. Staff were very unpleasant toward us, we would stand waiting to be served and they would ignore us at the restaurant. Even though a group of French people came after us and we’re served right away at their table. Not a very good way to treat foreign travellers would definitely not come back or recommend to other friends. I travel the world in my spare time so I can give an honest review of this hotel. I have also worked in hospitality for a long time and this is definitely not how to treat customers/guests especially in your dining areas. Your staff were definitely not a reflection of your 4 stars.

The hotel is very well located and was just perfect for my travel and reason I come to marseille visiting the racetrack borely to see my horses running . As well I was close to several Restaurant the sport beach is fantastic place !
In my room the shower pressure was not enough and at the pool the first days was the shower very warm and hot water only poolside . In the room the water at the shower was as well not possible to turn cold . But ok .

Before arriving at the hotel, I wrote on booking our arrival time of 00.00-01.00 on the 4th of June and received a message from the hotel confirming our arrival time, and booking wrote that it was free for us.
When we arrived at the hotel the manager D Jibril was rude and asked us to pay for the extra night on the 4th of June, although it was paid for. He did not even look at the correspondence that I insistently showed him and continued to rudely say either pay or leave here. Such behavior of a hotel employee is not acceptable.

The hotel is in a good location, the views from the balcony were nice and the heated swimming pool was lovely.
Upon arrival, after the hotel had taken €250 out of my account 3 days before arrival as a 'deposit' without informing me. They then wanted another €250 upon arrival as another deposit, which wasn't made clear when booking the room, this also wasn't stated in the confirmation emails. Also, we checked out and then 3 days later the hotel has taken further money from my account after we have already paid the full balance upon arrival at the check in, and has since taken this extra random amount without informing me what it's for, plus taken another amount for a security deposit despite the fact we have left.

They are significantly overpriced compared to their quality. The hotel is noisy from the road. In addition, they were reconstructing the facade, and we were notified late of this fact. Therefore, we could not cancel the booking.

Facilities were excellent and our room was lovely and very comfortable. Black out blinds were a big bonus. Building work happening whilst we were there but it didn't disrupt our stay at all. Breakfast was delicious also with lots of options. Area was nice and felt quieter and more relaxing than the centre of Marseille. Went to Le Petit Jardin which is nearby after we saw a recommendation on here for dinner and it was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!
Hotel pool overlooks the race course which was exciting seeing the horses go by whilst sunbathing.
Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Would just like to say for travelers from other countries that some level of French is a must. We found very few people spoke any English in the area (even at the hotel) and so it made some parts of our stay challenging, despite being able to speak some French ourselves.

The Location, and Private Parking
1. The stuff on the recetion are freindly, however the check-in experience on this hotel is very disppointing, They charged me 150 euros deposit for a room, and I didn't felt welcomed with that on this place.
2. The level of noise coming to my room (there's no good isolation from the street noise)
3. Even I completed the check out at the 22/02/2023, I still didn't get back my deposit. To notice, I left the room is great condition (I stayed only few hours)

The excellent and very well maintained facilities, big and cosy room, very good breakfast and fast WiFi connection.
The only negative point were the ongoing renovations, still not that much of a hassle!
